I love visiting Milwaukee! Such an interesting mix of neighborhoods and cultures. Great food and entertainment. The lakeshore is beautiful. Aside from the continual road construction, it is relatively easy to get around the city. The Third Ward and Milwaukee Public Market are one of my favorite areas. A great place to grab a cup of coffee and people watch. The lakeshore is beautiful!

The hotel staff were very helpful in every way.
The hotel staff were very helpful in every way. The accommodations were wonderful. There was only one problem. Because of the winter storm, the sidewalks were not cleared enough for safety. Timing of the storm was likely the problem. Otherwise we were very pleased with our stay.

Rude hotel staff. Barley spoke to us.
Rude hotel staff. Barley spoke to us. Man had a bad attitude. Room reeked like cigar. Rooms and hallways are dirty and disgusting. It looks like all they do is make the bed and restock toilet paper. Front desk staff was unprofessional and speaking about another guest when I came to the desk. I stood there dor a minute looking at them and listening before I was greeted. Unfriendly staff.

I had the best dining experience at Carson's Barbecue and Grill. Great food and place to eat! I had taken a tour of the city, I was amazed by the parks, they are so beautiful and well kept. The city is very clean, and I love the architecture, the culture, the people. I really enjoyed my stays at Milwaukee. Also, getting around the city was really easy, you can walk to everything, I had the best time at the Gotham museum. This is the place I definitely want to retire. I am thinking about returning this winter.
The location was perfect for our needs. The hotel is in the heart of downtown and is perfect walking distance for a lot of cool shops and attractions! More then anything though the architecture blew me away, it is truly a beautiful building and I love that the hotel has kept a lot of the older features, while still having an elegant modern look. The price was absolutely a deal. Especially when everything is so expensive everywhere you go, it was so nice to be treated to a beautiful hotel stay with very friendly for an affordable price.
Quant and quiet hotel with comfy bed that is 5min walk to the River Walk. It even includes a kitchen. It was clean and free of air freshener sprays (which I am allergic to). There was no A/C BUT you could open the windows over the courtyard to get a nice breeze along with a whisper quiet ceiler fan. Even with the windows open it was super quiet. Be aware it is a walkup..no elevators. But not a big deal at all. I would highly recommend this hotel if in the Milwaukee area!!
Everything about this property was excellent. We were able to check in early, the hotel was immaculate. Perfect downtown location. All facilities were open and functional, gym and pool/hot tub were great. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, lots of choices and fully operational to self serve, no breakfast in bags due to covid like other places! 10/10 recommend this place. We’ll definitely stay again next time we’re in Milwaukee.
Emma, the desk clerk was outstanding. After a rather unrestful first night, Emma moved us to the 4th floor, where we didn't have to listen to the "elephant" in the room above us. Nice hotel--built on the cheap--trussed floors which let the sound from the room above make for an unpleasant stay. Rent a room on the 4th/top floor. Then the place is great.
Exercise room was very nice with good equipment.
Excellent location, spacious room, and great price for downtown Milwaukee. It was easy and felt safe to walk to and back from a concert at Fiserv Form late at night, the bus/train station is only a 5-10min walk, and both the Public Market and 3rd St. Market Hall were super close to get some great food. Staff was friendly, I could check in early, and there were no issues with luggage storage.
Our room was large and very comfortable. The king size bed was also very comfortable. The location to downtown was great. It was a short drive downtown for us from the Hotel to the event. our room and bathroom was well appointed and most important Clean! St a time when hotel parking rates r excessive add on, not at the Ambassador. Thank you.
Our room was away from elevator and noise. Beds were extremely comfortable. Loved the uniqueness of the theme. Hotel was located walking distance to Fiserv which was perfect and parking was next door so super convenient. Loved walking through and looking at the galleries and breakfast choice of lounge or restaurant.
The apartment was in a great area with everything I needed close by, shopping, great restaurants, close to downtown milwaukee with everything great to offer, the apartment was very clean and comfortable also offering a outdoor patio porch and a washer and dryer
great design and intriguing operating model. sort of a hostel for adults. fantastic shares public areas with graciously scaled private bedrooms and baths. right downtown and walkable to many destinations.
An excellent wel priced hotel on the outskirts of downtown and the Hop streetcar. Room was very quiet and very large. All very new in room and the hotel very wel cared for and decorated.
The breakfast was amazing and the rooms were definitely the most cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. My view of downtown Milwaukee from my room was beautiful as well.
Everything was fine. This hotel does exactly what you expect an airport hotel to do. No better or worse than a hundred airport hotels that I have stayed in.
