The reception person was not committed at everything to help us and he was on his cell phone vidio calling during our first arival. also there wasn't water in our room we even can not making coffee We was stacked inside the elevator for 5 minutes and when we try to asking help by pressed the alarm no bady reach out us.

We didn't have breakfast. Breakfast ended at 9 am and we didn't come downstairs until 9:14am. We weren't informed where or what time Breakfast was upon arrival. The desk manager kept emphasizing the $100 deposit. We were told "I'll return the $100 deposit of you don't smoke and tear up my property. He said it rudely. I wish I'd gone to Hampton Inn our usual spot where we are silver members. I won't be returning. I'll spend my money where I feel welcomed.

Nice people and I could leave my car while I was on my trip. They had shuttle that was fast to and from airport. Great location. Restaurant and convenience store right across the street. Will stay here again.

We did not use any of the facilities other than our room and parking. The first impression when we got there was not good because the entrances to the elevators where very dirty and the doors were damaged and if the cost for the parking is to keep it in good condition someone has dropped the ball. Your site states available parking but does not state it costs an additional $30 a night.

    The city of Omaha was very inviting and lovely. Loved the downtown area and enjoyed the shopping, the restaurants, and the sculptures. The convention center was great and the walking bridge was a great experience. Didn’t like the humidity so much though.

    For a fast food meal, Nebraska's unique RUNZA is a must. SCOOTER'S drive through coffee kiosks are also a Nebraska standard - though they are popping up around the Midwest. The Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge uniquely allows pedestrians and cyclists to cross from Omaha, Nebraska, into Council Bluffs, Iowa. We were there for a fully-scheduled convention and did not take advantage of many local opportunities, but the CHI Convention Center is an excellent convention venue (one of the best I've been to) and the skywalk connected Omaha Hilton was a convenient and accommodating place to stay.

    The Old market district is cute and diverse for shopping and dining. The Riverfront Park is Great and should be enjoyed. The rest of the town is a big Meh in my book. No rooftop bar scene no music/culture district to walk around. Good mix of old buildings, but there seems to be a lack of health and vibrancy is missing.

    Omaha was a bigger city than expected.

    Omaha was a bigger city than expected. We had to travel to different locations for a baseball tournament, the highways were well maintained. Other than that we only had time to visit a cute little antique mall called Vintage Oasis.

    Omaha is a good size city so if you're not wanting a large city don't go. Make sure you take in the old town area and that market. There are many nice places to see in Omaha. The roadway seem to be a bit confusing so don't be afraid to ask for help. People in Omaha are nice and helpful

    I am not a big fan of large cities.

    I am not a big fan of large cities. I go there when there is something specific I need to do such as education for my business. Omaha is not a place I visit just because, but it is better than larger cities. Nothing specific against the city and surrounding communities, I'm just a country girl.

    The hotel is in the heart of the city, close to most points of interest. The room was nice and spacious, comfortable beds, stable wifi connection. The breakfast choices did not vary much during our stay, but it was good, and we loved coffee and tea at the lobby 24/7. The staff was very friendly and assisted with all our needs, they also kept two pieces of our luggage during our detour to Nevada and California.

    A bright, modern hotel with good facilities all round. Our room was well laid out, the bed comfortable and the shower excellent. We were delighted to enjoy a swim in the pool and to be able to make use of the guest laundry. The very helpful receptionist sent us up the road to Spezia, an Italian restaurant, where we enjoyed a fine evening meal.

    We had a great time in Omaha. The appartment is perfecly placed in the old town and is so beautiful decorated. Took us five minutes to walk to get food and coffee. Its super clean and the host was nice and easy to communicate with. We were 2 adult and 3 teenagers staying and had plenty of room. Thanks so much for having us.
