The friendly people who's give the service
Proximity to Newark airport and 24 hour shuttle service to and from Airport Train Station. Security and complimentary parking. Courtesy of staff.
Area was not conducive to venturing out. Facility was a bit worn. No nearby walkable dining options. Restaurant was average.
Informative staff Comfortable bed access to airport

cost to use Business center carpet in rooms
Didn't look the same as picture
Excellent Wifi Good Service Free Shuttlebus to the airport Very helpfull staff
Not verly impressed by the restaurant.
Central air was perfect. Very nice and quite.
Everything was good.
the staff were friendly and helpful and the restaurant was good.
we booked the hotel because we had a tour day booked in Manhattan. I called the hotel before booking and was told it was close to the Path. I like to book Wyndhams because we have good luck with them but couldn't believe the condition of this one. It was noisy and dirty. I am a little worried about booking them now. The short trip to get to Manhattan took us 3 hours. Our brother in law passed away and we had to leave loosing money for the last day which just added more insult to injury. If it hadn't been that we couldn't leave without loosing money we would have left the first day of arrival
I absolutely have nothing nice to say about your hotel in Newark nj
Are you kidding , I have nothing to say
Front desk staff friendly and accommodating. Bed was comfortable.
A/C grossly inadequate, even after it reportedly had been "fixed." Set on 60, it cooled the room barely enough for us to get to sleep. As soon as we moved around in the morning, we were instantly sweaty (still set at 60). In contrast, when we opened the door to the hall, we stepped into a burst of cold air. Bureau drawers would not stay closed; I tripped over the bottom drawer, which caused an abrasion and bruise on my shin. We paid $119 plus tax for this 5th floor room; it was not worth anywhere near what we paid.
Felt welcome. My needs were met. Shuttle service runs on time.
I like the hotel be a member of Caa or Aaa for discounts , and have a discount coupon for the restaurant attach to the hotel
I didnt like the aircon its too noisy
This is an airport hotel and the only reason to stay there is if you need to be close to the airport. It is way overpriced for what you get. We paid $200 for a double room for one night and the room was no better than a standard room at a $79/night chain hotel. NOT Wyndham quality.
nice and simple hotel. We got a big room at a reasonable price
can't think of anything
The deadbolt on the door didn't appear to work. There were several long black hairs on the shower wall. The sliding glass door in the room did not have a handle and was crudely held in place with silicone gel and a industrial strength bag tie. However our flight was cancelled and everything was booked solid, and they did honor their Bookings.com value rate of $206 plus tax total for a two night stay, let you print out boarding passes for free, complimentary airport shuttle, in room safe, and wifi, and a small workout room. Their in-house restaurant wasn't bad either.
See above - older facility with some worn accoutrements.
Ample parking, attentive staff
24 hour snack bar and bar/restaurant open late
room was kinda grubby and run-down.
This is my second stay and will continue to reserve this hotel
Good staff, though they were very busy from the storm.
That it was so busy. One elevator was done. Should have a little fridge in room.
5 minutes and you're on Newark airport. In the room we got the beds where comfortable and clean. Hotel has a little gym and a pool.
breakfast should be included for the price. It seemed to be pretty busy and there was no option for late checkout.
Very nice staff and great restaurant!
Lovely big bed!
No toiletries supplied.
The only thing good about this hotel was the staff. They were friendly, and extremely helpful in all aspects.
I could make a list much longer, but I will just touch on the main points. The hotel itself is old and in need of restoration, the carpets are gross, the air conditioner sounded like it was about to explode every time it ran. The hotel doesn't have a continental breakfast, or any amenities for that matter. I thought the elevator was going to kill us, that is when it was actually running. The phone system is screwed up and we were constantly getting calls from people trying to reach the front desk, we ended up unplugging it. For what it has to offer, this hotel is grossly overpriced. I have found better no-name hotels in China.
