The sound proofing, double glazing was great when we had windows closed. We enjoyed having breakfast each day, it was continental with a wide choice on offer, items regularly topped up and my husband really enjoyed the coffee pods. Staff were all polite, friendly and helpful. We previously stayed at the Mercure Pont D Avignon by the bridge but we both preferred the Kyriad due to the above.AAnonymousYoung couple

They were not helpful in trying to resolve this matter. Our room was very spacious and clean. However the hotel itself was loud with other guests in the hallway late at night and we could hear the people above us as well. It is in a good location but there is no street parking. If you have a cra you are better off to stay at the Mercure hotel as that is where the parking garage is located.

The rooms are standard Mercure/Accor hotel style, WiFi was fast, staff good. Very quiet at night - a must for a sensitive sleeper like me! The room was comfortable and met our requests. There were quite a few steps in the hotel to reach restaurant, garage etc which can be challenging if you have any mobility issues.
