Great host couple that are super nice and helpful! The whole place is very nicely decorated. Love the room which is beautiful and comfortable! Great location if you plan to do the morning hike of Olpererhutte like us.

Very nice breakfast, room and atmosphere. Gave up on Sauna. We told reception and other guests also gave up. Waiting too long and never get slippers after asking for from reception.

The room was very comfortable and spacious. The hotel had everything we needed, including a restaurant serving great food. What really blew us away was the spa facilities. After a long day on the mountain skiing, it was the perfect way to recover! Last but not least, I loved the history of this place and how back it goes! Note: There are multiple ski bus stops very close to the hotel. The closest is a 1 minute walk! Finally they have ski storage for free.

the location was great! right across the street from the Zillertal Arena with cable car and roller coaster and play ground! the super market was 3 minute drive away! the rooms were pretty, bath rooms were beautiful, and shared room with kitchen was really nice! we stayed in an "apartment" which meant we had two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms connected by a hallway and living/kitchen with a balcony. there were goats that the kids feed twice a day and bunnies! there was also a playroom in the basement that we only discovered on the last night which was sad because we would have loved it. it was summer and very hot so we didn't take advantage of the sauna/spa but we did go see it and it was beautiful. there's also a stream right next to the parking lot which makes a beautiful calming ambient noise all the time. it is well fenced off so you don't have to worry about little ones falling in.

    This skiing area is large enough for a week, except when you are a experienced skier, then it might be too small. It was 14-17 °C all week (march '25 !!!) and there was still enough snow on the slopes, just not in the valley below. Good slopes, not too many for real beginners though. Several kid's fun slopes, and several action parks, slaloms with movie recordings and speed checks. Nice to download the movies afterwards!

    A very beautiful location with great public transport.

    A very beautiful location with great public transport. We didn’t hire a car, but could get everywhere we needed using the public transport, which is very reliable. The outdoor swimming pool in Zell is great for kids, with stunning views. The supermarket there, Billa, had lots of vegan food for us. The brewery tour (Brau Kunst Haus) was great, as was our trip up the Rosenalmbahn cable car.

    Beautiful place - very cozy and quiet … a bit more lively atmosphere in the center will help to add more tourists, but apres ski bars at the lift are very nice and loud though 😊 few good restaurants but mostly in the hotels, picturesque promenade along the river

    Zell am Ziller is a small town, there are sparr and billa supermakets, souvenirs shop. This location is very suitable for skiing whole Zilertal + Gerlos if lift is closed the bus transfer to Gerlos takes 30 min. Also by train or bus you can easily reach Kaltenbach+Fugen or Mayrhofen and Hintertux. For those who stay in Zell all ski area of 400 km pistes is at hand

    Excellent place for a short vacation.

    Excellent place for a short vacation. Nice little town in the valley surrounded by high mountains. Very close to the ski lifts Rosenalm-Bahn and Karspitzbahn - practically 20 minutes form the town center. However, there are lots of parking spaces available next to the ski-lifts.

    There was really good hiking and a cable car accessible that we didn’t have time for. The Bob run was a LOT of fun. We went to a very lovely (pricey but very very lovely day spa) Malis Garten. They also do lovely cakes. We went to an absolutely horrible Italian which I really would avoid if you can - pizzeria Quattro (I think). The food wasn’t fresh (pizza sauce was out of a bottle and my pasta sauce was too - along with the salad dressing. V disappointing.

    The location of the hotel is good, short walk away from a restaurant and supermarket or short drive. As well couple of minutes drive to the parking of main gondola. The parking is free there. The bus/ski bus stop also around the corner. The breakfast is absolutely amazing there rich and lot if choice for every taste. Thanks for keeping it this level. The intedior - everything is new cozy and very nice including the ski room. Absolutely beautiful. The staff is super friendly. The room service is the best.

    Family of five (three kids, 10, 12, 14) travelling by train from Sweden in June. Perfect room and location in the middle of the village. We couldn’t have a better view from our room. Balcony outside the room (not private but a big one so not a problem. Short walk to the Bergbahn. Nice when coming up, we all took a swim in the lake, the kids played in the big playzone and we had good food. The manager and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. We really recomend the village and the Hotel.

    Everything about this hotel was AMAZING. The manager, Andrea is very nice, kind and helpful. We loved the hotel, but we would also come back just for Andrea, she was great! The whole crew at the hotel was very nice, always smiling and ready to help with anything. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious and the view of Zell am Ziller from the hotel is gorgeous. I want to go back soon.
