We loved having a room with a parking spot under cover just below us. Room was super clean, breakfast was very good and Alfonso the concierge was fabulous. We were super happy with this place given the affordability and cleanliness. We walked both nights to the Zocalo and felt very safe.

Beautiful vibe for a walk, recommend taking a tour with sightseeing bus (we were with Spanish speaking family member so we took the original old bus which has the excursion in Spanish only, it’s an open roof bus and it was fun).
We liked the live concert of Mozart and famous local soprano in the biggest once in Latin America library (unesco heritage), the main square and Puebla cathedral, the museum of railway, and of course, countless churches.

Puebla is a lovely colonial city. The city center has been revitalized with great renovations of historic buildings and plazas. It is a great place to enjoy the excellent local cuisine and it is close to Cholula, a city with more churches and a pyramid.

A very pleasant city to stroll around.
A very pleasant city to stroll around. Stand out places were the excellent Museo Amparo with fabulous roof terrace cafe, Ex-convento Santa Rosa (including the museum of Popular Art) and the Casa-Museo Alfanique. Good handicraft shops and excellent and very varied handicraft stalls. Several good restaurants. All the sights we wanted to see were within walking distance of our hotel.
We didn't realize when we booked that the restaurant in the courtyard of the hotel is one of the top rated restaurants in Puebla for its mole. We arrived late in the evening, snagged a table, and were enjoying the best mole of my life within minutes of arriving in Puebla. We were then thrilled to discover that, on top of the food being AMAZING the room was ENORMOUS and BEAUTIFUL. This was probably one of the most memorable hotel stays of my life.
The was a super boutique hotel located right in the artists district and I was able to see the Los Sapos market from my rooms. The room was really lovely decorated and well equipped (even with a Japanese toilet!). The huge bed I had was very comfy and the room was a very good size. The roof top pool was a nice place to relax as well.
I thought it offered great value for money and I'd recommend!
Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. Incredibly comfy beds and the best showers we’ve had in Mexico! The food at the restaurant was so good, I almost didn’t want to eat out (but you have to because hey, it’s Puebla!). The pool area was fabulous. Plus, the staff all mostly spoke English (if you’re in Puebla, not everyone does) and were all very helpful.
Professional and standard hotel service. Luis at the reception was very nice and friendly and made many suggestions regarding visiting different places in and around Puebla.
Hotel was one minute walking distance to a newly discovered underground tunnels worth visiting.
There was daily cleaning of the rooms and 2 bottles of water was provided daily.
The location was superb - walking distance to restaurants, bars etc.
Dulce at the reception was the best thing about the hotel - super helpful, accommodating and friendly. added bonus was the fact that Dulce spoke amazing English (my Spanish is poor).
The room was extremely specious.
The staff here are super friendly and very professional. Probably the best service I've received from a hotel in Mexico. The price is awesome. And the location is amazing. It's literally a minute from the main square. The bed is fairly comfortable and the room is pretty clean.
Beautiful quirky boutique hotel with a wonderful atmosphere! Just what you would want in a 16th century home! The staff are just amazing! So helpful and friendly. Lovely linens and very clean.
Short walk to everything you want to see in central.
Best place to stay in Puebla !!! Everything was perfect. Rooftop is amazing, there's beautiful view of city from there, also there's table and chairs there to chill with group of friends during evening. Beds were big and comfortable.
An exceptional apartment, spacey, right on a beautiful quiet road, next to the heart of the city! Parking right next to the hotel, with only 7$/ day. The best choice we could make for our 1 day visit in the city.
New hotel, spacious room, mini fridge in the room, cozy and flowered balcony. Close to the downtown.
We were deeply impressed by concierge service.
Very good neighboring restaurant with delicious breakfasts.
The hotel's architecture was nice and artsy. The breakfast buffet was small but very good and the staff was very accommodating. I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to Puebla, Mex.
Best hostel in Puebla. Large rooms; various living/eating spaces with a television where you can stream YouTube from your phone. Central location next to Zocola and Museo Amparo.
Apartment is in one of the best areas in the city. Close enough to everything, walking distance to shops and restaurants. Public transportation is also available.
The location is really close to Puebla’s Zocalo and main attractions. The hotel might be a bit old specially the bathroom but it’s a good value for money.
