I really would like my money back. I tried to get my money back or moved to another hotel and they said I had to go to booking.com then when I went to booking.com you guys said I had to talk to the front desk. This is not a five-star hotel. To give you an example I stayed at seven Palms that is a five star hotel. It’s very deceiving of you guys to give that a five stars. That’s not what I should’ve paid for and that is not a five star hotel two star at best.

Great and amazing resort. The whole staff and management are so nice, professional and accommodating. They made our stay wonderful and relaxing. It’s in a good location on the bay. The rooftop bar restaurant and pool is chill and relaxing. The bartenders up there made the best drinks!! The Breakfast and Dinner buffets were amazing, with lots of menu options. The whole facility and rooms are always clean. Food, drinks and pool are spot on.

    It was a lovely place where we stayed. People are friendly and lovely. Although everything was closed this time of the year, I was still able to find a few places. The area is easy to come around and had no issues. Would recommend going in the right season.

    We had a wonderfull stay in Villa Ginebra.

    We had a wonderfull stay in Villa Ginebra. The house was very clean. The interieur is very cozy and the house has everything around you need for a holiday home. The location is just perfect for lovely trips to the beach, Ibiza town, the airport and San Josep. There is a supermarket just around the corner. We are definitly coming back to this Villa the next time in Ibiza! Thank you Mari for the great and lovely service!

    Five bedrooms - plenty of space for a group. Surrounding area was pretty and peaceful. Pool was nice. We had a lovely time but whereas the villa could be idyllic, it needs attention.
