The location is fabulous and outside the city with green spaces around you, also it is really quiet and perfect for relaxing. Busses, Trams, and supermarkets are not very close but it is easy to reach using the free bicycles provided by the host. Free and safe parking around the house. It was very clean and the host was very friendly. She exceeded our expectations and went out of her way just to provide us with more information and help us have a relaxing stay. I would recommend it to anyone and would love to come back here!

Located in a vibrant multicultural community, there are many restaurants and grocery shops within walking distance. (Note that it's a 20 minute walk to the downtown area with the canals) Staff treated my children very well, providing extra dishes, pillows, etc. when requested. Everything is recently remodelled and looks great.

    Location was ideal for transport access (very easy and quick by train into Utrecht) and right in the centre of the delightful town of Houten, away from other tourists, which has plenty of good restaurants, shops and supermarkets right on the doorstep. It was very easy to hire bicycles from the hotel and cycle around Houten (even into Utrecht). The room was comfortable and well soundproofed.

    Excellent location! It’s right at Houten centre, next to the train station, shopping mall and grocery store. Very convenient. The apartment has everything well equipped and clean. Shower is good. Nothing to complain.
