I work in Chicago 1 week a month and have been doing this for 4 years. I was looking for a nice safe place to stay and was thrilled to finally found Schaumburg. Lot's of shops and restaurants. No tv guide so had to go thru channels one by one, wait thru commercials, try and figure out what was playing, go to next channel. Made tv virtually useless. Shower head was so low I had to use grab bar to lean way back and bend head backwards to wash hair. Very dangerous and left me with a backache. Toilet exceptionally low with no grab bar. I forgot two nice blouses in closet. Front desk assured me housekeeping checked closets after departure and would put belongings in lost and found. They must not have checked and next guests stole my blouses. Very, very unpleasant experience. Front desk unhelpful.

The staff was very unfriendly not a single smile from a single person. The amenities were practically nonexistent. There was hardly any lights on in the building. It was being renovated I think because there was hammering all day. I checked out two days early. A grab bar near the shower would be helpful and a safety issue. The toilet was very low—great for children but not for adults. The tollway exit is close to the hotel. There are a variety of stores, restaurants and gas stations nearby. The laundry room was very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful.LindaUnited States of America

I’m against entities telling the public on making their medical decisions or they deny service. I wish the hdmi aux area was more accessible so I could plug in my portable firestick. Otherwise, hotel is amazing. Basic, king bed rooms feels like you asked for a suite. Hotel is luxuries. Bar drinks and food taste great. You have Starbucks option available, which is an awesome perk. Going back to the room, spacious and beds are very comfortable. My favorite hotel.
