The property is stunning, very beautiful, clean and calm. The apartments were very big and comfortable. Our highlight were the people and the additional service: from free afternoon tea to fruit in the room to the option of showering in another room after checkout when we came back from Angkor Wat. Really great experience for a great price! They even prepared a nice breakfast package for us that we could pick up before heading for the sunrise tour.
Conveniently located in Siem Reap, We are a non - foreigner worker. Our staffs are all local people. We set this idea in order to support our local people to have a job.

Upon arriving at any airport I'm leary of airport taxis.
Upon arriving at any airport I'm leary of airport taxis. My driver Ann was an amazing guy. The rate they offer at the airport was the same as Grab (SE Asia's Uber). He spoke great English and was a perfect representation of everyone I met in Siam Reap, the most polite people I've encountered in 16 countries I've lived in or stayed at least a week in. The area around Pub Street has whatever you want if you're not looking for the sketchiness of Bangkok's Nana or Soi Cowboy or HCMC's Bui Vien which was relaxing. Angkor Wat was awesome, the "Private Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour" with guide Kael and driver Sak were awesome, the group was awesome, it was more enjoyable than the Pyramids or Great Wall. Like the guide and group, but the site was stand alone as well.

The Angkor Wat temples complex was amazing but due to the heat I am glad I only spent only one day there. The city is very vibrant with lots of option for a night drink. However I think 3 days (one of them being dedicated to Angkor Wat) is more than enough for this city.

An incredibly special place! We used the tuk tuks to get around and had a regular driver we used for all our trips, he was so knowledgeable and brought us off the tourist track to see local markets etc.

Siem Reap is the perfect place to be based to visit the sights of Ankgor Wat and surrounds. I had 5 nights 4 days which was enough to see everything but if I could have added an extra day or two would have been better to see other things. Obviously the main temples to visit and the floating villages is why tourists come to this spectacular area but please take the time to go and visit the APOPO Hero Rats only 3kms out of town and a few dollars by tuk tuk. This was an unexpected highlight of my time in Siem Reap, these rats have been trained to sniff our tnt in the landmines to help rid Cambodia of these dreadful devices. Siem Reap is definately worth a visit!

Plenty to offer for a short stay in this the town.
Lots of culture, with Temples and museums.
Also a good mix of restaurants to suit all food types and Pub street if that’s your thing.
Spoons is a fantastic restaurant, it’s a social enterprise company that serves the most delicate food! The chicken is highly recommended and all profits are put back into the community to help disadvantaged young people! A win win!

Felt very safe walking around day and evenings, friendly locals greeting me, polite and courteous people, a lovely city living up to its reputation as Cambodia's Holy City.
Easy to get around - ask the price first when you engage a tuktuk or other transport. Lots of restaurants and accomodation options for all budgets. Get a massage - ! You'll leave feeling good.
We loved the staff / people working there - so kind, nice and friendly! Best service we ever had!
As the name says, the hotel really cares about the people of the Community by supporting local "businesses" as farmers, laundry services, school education,...
Therefore, all products used for their food + drinks, are super local.
Modern and clean (re)designed interior
Good location: inbetween Angkor Wat and Siem Reap's city center. Not too loud but also not too far from the restaurants, bars etc. (via Tuktuk in 5min)
Location!
Close enough to the center, but far enough from the noise of Siem Reap.
There are always a few tuk tuks ready to take you anywhere you need.
I also like that the hotel arranges the Ankor Wat tuk tuk for you (not tickets. You can get your tickets at the Ankor Wat enterprise box office or online)
The staff tried as much as they can to be nice and welcoming. They tried their best to help in English.
Breakfast was decent. Decent spread of various foods and an omelet station, which I always like.
The hotel felt like a peaceful oasis close to Siem Reap and the temples. All of the staff we met were so friendly and did their best to make our stay comfortable. The Villa rooms are absolutely beautiful, thoughtfully designed, unique, spacious, and very relaxing and peaceful. We relaxed in the stone tub by the windows that opened up to the trees outside. Great food, pools, ponds, boardwalks, and lights lighting up everything beautifully at night.
This is a real gem in an amazing place Siem reap! Everything about this hostel/hotel was perfect. The roof top pool and bar was great and reasonably priced too! Place feels like luxury we have been backpacking SEA for 4 weeks and this is definitely the best place we have stopped. 10 minute walk to pub street and green market which is an absolute must stop for great food and vibes. Would stop here again in a heartbeat!
This hotel is not so far from the city center and other tourist attractions. I got a warm welcome from the front desk staff during checking in with professional and experienced staffs. The room is spacious with well prepared amenities plus I never forget how beautiful is was of the sunset view from our balcony.
Thanks to everyone in this hotel for the best experience during our stay in Siem Reap.
amazing hotel, we have been 4 years ago and we was very pleased with it last time so was so glad to be able to come back to the same hotel. right in the centre of siem reap, near pub street and obviously Angkor Wat. definitely recommend this place. the staff are very friendly and the housekeepers are amazing they do great work.
I was in Siem Reap for a week, seeking out new experiences in several hotels. I discovered Indra Angkor to be in a peaceful, secure neighborhood in the middle of the city. They offer rooms with pool views, which truly helps us relax. It was the best experience compared to others. Thanks to everyone in Indra Angkor Residence.
Everything! From the fabulous rooftop pool, to the in room spa appointment, to the friendliest staff. I moved to this hotel halfway through my stay in Siem Reap and I am so glad I did. They took the best care of me & turned my trip around. I will definitely be back the next time I’m in Siem Reap.
The hotel was beautiful, like an oasis to relax in after the temple visits. The food was very good . The best thing however were the delightful staff who could not have been any more welcoming and helpful. We would definitely recommend and return again if coming back to Siem Reap.
Beautiful residence with a great team of superb friendly staff ….large rooms with balconies and good views of the stunning garden and swimming pool ….good value for money and a great place to explore Angkor and the town of Siem Reap ….one of the best hotels in Siem Reap
Hotel is located in the heart of Siem Reap. You can walk everywhere, easily. Also, the best bathroom I’ve stayed & during this trip, I’ve visited Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya Beach, & Singapore. Great water pressure & a very big sized bathroom.
The best stay in Siem Reap! Room was wonderful, pool area to die for and staff go out their way to look after you. We would definitely recommend this hotel if you are seeking a peaceful oasis in Siem Reap after a days sightseeing.
Just a short stay for work in Siem Reap. The breakfast was wonderful you can have everything as a buffet. My favorite is the Cambodian noodle soup. The room was large with balcony to view the pool of the hotel.
I love every moment I stayed in the hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful, lovely pool, nice room with reasonable price! Highly recommend to everyone who planing to visit Siem Reap.
This is my go to Hotel for short stays in Siem Reap.
