Check in was easy. It was clean and comfortable for a basic stay before an early morning flight. The shuttle started early enough for me to make my early flight, and the breakfast was available before that, so I was able to eat. Also, the window in my room opened, which was great for getting fresh air.

First and foremost we liked the staff at the reception, particularly Nadia and Segiu were very helpful and full of information. Also, all the other girls at the reception and the staff at the breakfast were really GREAT. The location is fantastic, in the old town and not far from the Guggenheim museum.
