we had a nice view of Big Ben . The location is near and walkable to many tourist attractions. The staff at the reception are all very helpful and friendly, especially Deborah , who provided a seamless experience during the check in process .

The staff was extremely friendly. I like the fact that we were able to check in early. The front desk staff was great. I really liked the room. The baggage guys were nice.
