Location is very convenient to many outdoor activities (hiking, biking), and the setting itself is beautiful. Our stay was perfect from beginning to end, with the host (Christian) being very attentive. The meals were a culinary masterpiece, showcasing the regional flavors, with a four course dinner every night. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay here - it was absolutely wonderful!

This was a great location with easy drives to Lago Braies (...
This was a great location with easy drives to Lago Braies (30 min) and Tre Cime (one hour). The town itself was small, but filled with restaurants and shops. The views were beautiful. And while we played golf at Alta Badia (one hour drive and best views), there is a golf course right around the corner from this hotel that looks pretty great as well. The area was a great home base to go to many different popular sites.
Fantastic hotel, perfect end to an amazing Italy holiday.
The staff at the hotel, especially the lady at the front desk was so friendly and kind. They went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. They even gave the kids little robes 💚
Our room was upgraded and the room we stayed in was clean and comfortable for a family of four.
The spa and swimming pool was amazing!
Also, we had a lovely breakfast in the morning and parking was easy.
Amazing location, especially with kids. Many things to do!
The facilities, the room, the food, the staff are all wonderful. The hotel is very accommodating and the rooms are spacious and well thought out for parents with small children which we really appreciated. The women at the Kids Club are terrific, it was the first time we have left our 2 year old in the care of others and we felt very reassured. The hotel is also a quick 20 minute drive from the beautiful Lake Braies. There are plenty of nice walks just outside as well. Spa is lovely as well.
The food was amazing! We complimented the staff multiple times but we still don’t think it’s enough. The menu for everyday was extraordinary, not only the local cuisine
The atmosphere in the hotel was very cozy, it was apparent that the hotel is run by family passionate about it. The location was also the best around Kronplatz - very close to the station but at the same time felt almost isolated (there wasn’t much noise outside). The staff was also very nice and helpful :)
Made our trip SO easy! Wonderful, helpful staff, ample parking, ski lockers with boot warmers at the entrance, free ski bus right outside the hotel every 20 minutes, beautiful pool with glass lounge area overlooking the village,, Saunax3, jacuzzi, cold plunge shower, complimentary afternoon tea, excellent breakfast AND dinner included. Loved it all!
The hotel is close to the slopes. The personnel is helpful and polite. Breakfast includes a variety of food (except for vegetables) and is served from an early hour; thus, you can hit the slopes early on. The parking garage is underground and locked with an electronic gate, therefore extra safety for your car.
The staff were accommodating and had many recommendations for us. the location was awesome and it was a perfect setting for our family. There were many things for our girls to do (playground, looking at the animals, joining us in the spa) which made it so enjoyable for all of us!
The owner was great! Very welcoming, very nice man. The room was clean, we even had a huge balcony. The location is also great, around 1km from centre of Valdaora, food was delicious!!! We could barely eat the dinner, there was so much food. Would definitely recommend!
Excellent location, very nice hotel with quite good breakfast and dinner, but the price is very low so you cannot expect more. They also match particular alergies, so that's very good.
Amazing location. Very nice and calm village. The hotel is perfectly clean and have everything you needed to cook or to be comfortable in your stay. Definitely will come back.
everything! its perfect! the location. the rooms. the extra service of the hotel to tour the area. and above all, the perfect staff! all of them. just excellent!
Very nice hotel staff, trying to meet all our wishes. The historic hotel is just wonderful with a beautiful mountain view. We enjoyed every moment of our stay.
