The room was impeccably clean and neat. I liked the ultra-modern electrical “touch” switches, especially the electrical opening/closing of the curtains. Similarly, instead of a “Do Not Disturb” sign, there was a “Privacy” switch which lit up a small light outside the room for the housekeeping staff. I had to eat my own diet breakfast in my room and the hotel facilitated this by giving me plates and cutlery. The shower (handheld as well as rainfall) worked well. There is a food court servicing the three adjoining hotels and casino.

The Staff very Helpfull, from doorman, front office, GRO, House keeping also frequently clean our room and tidy up the room in the evening, also close the curtain, mean while I still Looking around near the harbour. 10 Point For All The Staff, GRO and Front Office very welcoming my requested before arrival, thank you soo much. the Doorman also always asking about help and give us a bottle water of drink. the Location Were Incredible, it closed to everything, only 3 minutes walking distance to DFS shopping mall, 5 minutes walk to a lot of restaurants , museum and 10 minutes to opera house
