everything was perfect. exactly what you need in a roo.m

Clean and very convenient the front desk staff were so helpful and super nice

The service from the staff was exceptional; all our questions answered by Anne at the front desk and she was polite and pleasant to speak with. The restaurant staff were organised and well presented, the table service was above expectations and always friendly.

Staff friendly, rooms clean and comfortable, outdoor areas very relaxing.

Room was great. Very clean and comfortable

Room is clean, the bed is comfortable and the location is convenient close to shopping centre and near town everything is a walking distance.

Great location and very safe. When checking in she provided things to see and wrote everything down to make it really easy. Highly recommend.

We liked everything about the Mid City Moter Inn, we were walk to the markets, plenty of restaurants, shopping center, Blue Lagoon water park. Teh pool at the Motor inn was great spent every afternoon in it. We would definitely stay again on our next visit to Mackay.

I love the level of effort they go to for pets. Providing cleaning products for any accidents, Treats and a bowl of water. Rooms are clean and the large carport is wonderful for those very hot or, in our case, very very wet day.

This was a last minute booking due to a cyclone, but the staff were so accommodating. They opened their onsite restaurant to ensure we did not have to go back out and always were very helpful. The rooms were a bit dated, but we would definitely book again.

The host was very friendly! All was comfy and clean.

Location was excellent! Our stay was very enjoyable and the kids loved every bit of it. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends. We will also be back!

Everything clean, there is microwave and staff was nice!

Loved everything about my stay at the Mantra. Very clean and comfortable room. Amazing view of the Harbor. Lovely staff members. Will definitely stay here again and recommend highly to anyone looking for accommodation.

from check in to check out the staff were amazing, everything was seamless and they were always helpful or offering assistance but not pushy. The room was spacious very clean and comfortable and with a lovely view. located close to the ocean for easy access to the beach and even though there was a band music playing very close we couldnt hear the music with our balcony door closed. Also the restuarant was so good the first night we booked immediately for the second night and were not disappointed.

Friendly front staff. Brand new room

Very clean, very spacious, very friendly, great value and excellent location close to the airport.

The room was huge and very comfortable. I appreciated that there was an elevator to my floor. The receptionist was very kind and knowledgeable. Everything was lovely and close to everything we could possibly need.
