Its not the best neighborhood for the eyesight, but the house was an excellent gem for my 'very big' family. It enabled us to visit both Michigan and participate in Chicago Marathon. It was an excellent stay and we promise to be back for the next Chicago Marathon. The host was very helpful especially with details about the train ride to the Grant Park, Chicago Marathon. He is a good guy.

I was unable to stay at the location due to an unforeseen emergency. I communicated with the staff at the venue to cancel my reservation, yet I was still charged a fee. This has led to some confusion and disappointment, as I received conflicting information regarding the charges.

Terrible room dusty and nasty whirlpool not operable and tub so nasty and did not work. Hole in sink no smoke detector wires hanging down wall. Walls and fixtures dirty.
Lamp shades dirty. No linen for couch bed. I've been there before but never again. I was completely ripped off. I should been paid to stay there instead me paying comfort. I told desk clerk she just apologized. Which means nothing to me especially for $156.00 I rented that room because that's what I wanted the extra and I got nothing. I should been offer an discount I could not wait to get out of the nasty room. Terrible and filthy room

I picked this particular hotel because of excellent, as a rating definitely not excellent could use a lot of updates room‘s are old and dusty carpet is old the pool water was foggy according to my son breakfast was OK. Location is great close to everything you could need on a vacation however if you booked through a third-party make sure you have the email with the price and confirmation number was overcharged because I couldn’t find my email when I was at the front desk later on found it and went back and showed the receptionist and was able to be refunded still confused on how they tried to charge me after a different rate after I already booked it through a third-party for the rate that should have been on my confirmation in their system🤔🤔

Open hole around sprinkler, couch in room was dirty with lint all over it, sunken in. Open sex solicitation, fighting in the hallway. 3rd floor reeked of urine!

The free breakfast was great and very good. Pancake make nice touch compared to waffle maker which takes so much time and very messy. Also the variety of jimmy Dean sandwiches that you microwave were tasty and fast and yogurt dispensers with different granola toppings a nice touch.
Hotel was clean and close to our venue for the show we went to see.

Hotel very unprofessional staff with no customer service skills (Zay), garbage thru out the hallways, rooms nasty hair all on kitchen floor, dishes in dishwasher not cleaned, couches and dining rooms chairs very unclean with stains visibly seen, unable to sit in. Place just very uncomfortable, didn't sleep at all that night, left at 0400, sat in my car until my nursing assignment started @ 0600. My travel company informed, hotel removed from traveling nursing site hotel options, will never be returning back!!!
