Upon arrival, the host was extremely welcoming, the photos didn't do it justice it is extremely cozy and is perfect for small families and couples everything you need for a holiday. Not far from the train station and everything you need within a 5 minutes walk :)))

I recently stayed for two days at this lovely apartment, and it was a fantastic experience. The apartment is new, with a fresh and modern feel, yet cozy and comfortable, making it the perfect home away from home. Everything was immaculately clean, and the tasteful décor added a nice touch of warmth to the space. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were very attentive and accommodating. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a delightful and comfortable stay. I would definitely return!

Brilliant Studio Flat with all the facilities including kitchen, Double bed, Television with Sky Network, Sofa etc. It is nearby to Grocery Stores, and an amazing park. The flat was clean and tidy. The host was Brilliant as well who responded to my queries with great patience. Definitely five stars and I would recommend this based on my experience.

Great location - easy walk of less than 15 minutes into historic Rochester or to the train station. Rochester was charming - Castle, cathedral , and lots of great pubs and traditional restaurants. The apartment was as advertised, and a reasonably priced option. Good communication with our hosts, including how to use the lock box to access the apartment on our own schedule.

    The inside of the flat was just as described/shown in the pictures, and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the sofa bed too. The shower was great, very powerful . Nice portable air con unit. Everything in the flat was good and there are plenty of shops and restaurants right there for buying food , bread, milk etc.

    This was easily the best furnished holiday apartment we have stayed in so far. The property was new, had high-end kitchen and bathroom furnishings and the kitchen had all utensils you could possibly wish for in a holiday let, including a filled spice rack as well as coffee and tea.
