Clean and good location plus good service

We had a really great experience at this hotel. We arrived early and they were kind enough to let us check in before the usual time. On top of that, they upgraded one of our rooms to a much bigger one with two bedrooms sea view— completely free of charge! The breakfast was honestly something else — very delicious, fresh, and different every day. We really looked forward to it each morning. The staff were amazing. Every single person we interacted with — at the reception or in the kitchen — was friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Their customer service was excellent from start to finish. Whatever we needed, they were there right away to help. They also let us do a late checkout, which was really generous. We checked out around 7 PM at no extra cost, and that was a huge help. The location is perfect too — just a short walk to the tram, close to Sultanahmet Mosque and all the main sights. You can easily get anywhere from here. If I come back, I’ll absolutely choose this place again. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting!

Everything was better than I expected 😊 The staff was great , especially Enes at the reception, he was very helpful and kind. The room was sparkling ✨️ they really do their job perfect. The breakfast was very delicious. The beds were very comfortable, I had very good sleep 😴 And the best was the location, it's just across the street from Sultanahmet 🕌 and I loved it. I definitely recommend this hotel

The best things about this place were the staff - all very helpful and nice, always hanging out outside and ready to help. The breakfast was exceptional, so many options, delicious eggs and all kinds of turkish delights. The courtyard was very cute. The location is perfect for visiting old town and the mosques. Air-Con worked

Location was great, on the seaside, better with car for transportation. Breakfast was ok, would be good to have more options.

We had an incredible stay at the Ajwa. Prime location to see all the major sights on foot. Hotel was serene despite area which can be quite hectic. Loved the spa also.

Very good location in the city center. The staff was very kind and meet all our expectations. The restaurant has a very good view and a very tasty food. Definitely a place to return anytime with pleasure for the best holiday moments.

This is the 2nd time I stay at Vogue. I love this hotel. Rooms perfectly clean and equipped. Staff friendly and ready to answer any question and request. Very helpful. Location is strategic. Breakfast is excellent too.

We’ve been to Istanbul three times, and out of all the hotels in the city center, this one is our favorite. First, it’s located very close to the main attractions (The Sophia, The Blue Mosque, The Archaeology Museum, etc.). Second, there’s an entire street of restaurants and cafés right downstairs, so you don’t need to search for anything even in bad weather. Third, the room is spacious and cleaned daily. Fourth, the staff is very friendly and, most importantly, very efficient: arranging a taxi was easy, as was getting answers to several important questions we had. And yes, the breakfasts here are varied and filling, and the terrace offers a great view of the Bosphorus and the mosque. In short, I recommend this place to anyone who likes to explore the city on foot and then relax in a comfortable hotel.

We absolutely loved the staff, especially Younus. He was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and always went out of his way to assist us whenever we needed anything. Ayes and Karim were wonderful as well. Ayes used to bring us fresh juices every day and always greeted us with a warm smile whenever we returned from sightseeing. Her kindness and welcoming nature made us feel truly at home. They even offered us free breakfast/drinks when one day we had to stay in another hotel.
