We stayed in the main tower and from the moment we checked in- this place was exceptional! Fresh POG juice, lei’s, beads, friendly valet. Our room was immaculate with all the bells and whistles- robe, slippers, loccitane products, etc. The bed and linens were SO comfortable—and I am very picky. The resort has a private beach with all snorkel, SUP, boogie boards, towels, lounge chairs, umbrellas, etc. It was very easy not to leave the property grounds and be spoiled. There was live music which was delightful and they usually have a hula dancer which we missed because it was Easter at The Copper Bar.

Amazing location! Perfect for family with kids. We were upgraded to a partial ocean view room with direct access to the garden, and the kids loved being able to go easy outside and enjoy the beautiful outdoors. The nice sandy beach was great for the kids and the lagoon was spectacular, full of beautiful fishes! Staff were friendly and very helpful. I requested a mini fridge in the room and they also provided me with a microwave once I arrived. That was very helpful as we were travelling young kids. They also have laundry available. Oh and the food and drinks..so good!! Highly recommend we will be back.

Wonderful accommodation within a farm like setting. Nicely appointed 1-bedroom place. Kitchen had everything one could want. Very quiet and pitch black at night. Short drive into Hawi, some on dirt/mud road. Host was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend if you want to get away from the resorts.

A beautiful house in a beautiful resort with everything that we needed and even more, in order to enjoy a family vacation with a 10-month old baby. The owners were very responsive to all our needs. Definitely a place to return.

We had an amazing time! The unit was perfectly finished and tucked into a quiet corner of the small community with no pool noise. The view of the historic lava fields were beautiful and we could hear the ocean when we used the screen door on the back lanai patio. The kitchen was furnished for a professional chef and had everything you could need including for children. There were plenty of beach amenities in the garage for adults and kids. The black lava swimming pool at the Palm Villas was gorgeous and very rarely occupied. But the best part was access to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club. The best part about the Palm Villas is that within the Mauna Lani resort, it’s the closest to the walking path through the historic lava fields and fish ponds to the private Mauna Lani Beach Club. The beach club has fantastic snorkeling and great beach chairs and cabanas available for guest use. Noah was great to communicate with and we hope to come back and stay at the Mauna Lani Palm Villas every year!

Beautiful grounds and pool area. Good location near a few shops and restaurants and a nice beach area. The property was very nice inside with a nice patio. Plenty of room for our family. The owner was very communicative.

Beautiful property with close access to the Hapuna beach - cant beat that. Friendly staff. Awesome breakfast buffet and restaurant food. Great that they have free self service laundry.

The breakfast was good i would say typical american breakfast with many options- nothing exceptional but overall very good quality. The location was amazing, right on a beautiful beach- great choice for some beach days. The ocean view room was quiet, modern, good quality. Liked that they have purified water machines on every floor. Views from the resort are beautiful.

This is a beautiful hotel, really liked the layout, a lot outside, good size bedrooms, big balcony. We had a premier ocean front 721, very good. Pool restaurant excellent, really good menu selection. Liked all the water refill stations. My teenage son really rated the gym.

The resort is top shelf and the staff were first class all the way. Our suite was outstanding with excellent patios. The beach wasn't overly crowded and we had little issues getting a good location. Overall this was a 5* resort and we enjoyed our time there.
