Convenience of the location is a bonus, a stones throw from a tram stop. The kitchenette and shower room were a great addition and the host left us some milk and snacks. The flexibility of the host, as it was a last minute decision to stay in Nottingham and we were accommodated for the night without (hopefully) too much of an issue. We only had spare clothes, so the use of the hosts towels was a bonus as well

Very comfortable, spacious, clean room. Extremely quiet and peaceful. Nice grounds with lake and surrounded by trees. Room had a small fridge for milk. I went for a bit of a DIY retreat night and it was a good location for it if you're willing to take food or leave the site for meals out

Breakfast was great, and we were totally looked after by the ladies. Parking was great and we got a bus into town. As for the dining room well for us, it was a dream come true. We are Beatles and Jam fans! Excellent.
