It is located in a couple of minutes walk from ferry so Location is perfect for exploring Valeta and 3 cities. Supermarkets, Shopping areas, bars, restaurants are around the corner. Accommodation is clean, well equiped and with good WiFi Staff is amazing

I want to express my gratitude for the great experience during our recent stay. Everything, from cleanliness to location and service, was great. I recommend your establishment to others. The cleanliness of the facilities was impeccable (every day). Kitchen was fully equipped and really meant to us a lot. It was evident that great care is taken to ensure a hygienic and inviting environment for guests. Everything needed was available (towels, kitchen fully equipped etc.). It is quiet, good value for money so kind recommendation. Your property's location is great, it is quiet area and somehow in the middle so you can quickly get to both side of island

The location of the apartment is very good, it is very close to St. Julians (about 5 minutes walk on a quay full of restaurants, cafes, practically ideal for evening walks or finding bus transportation to any destination on the island). On the other side, the marina of Sliema is 10 minutes away by foot, which is again an ideal option, because there you catch the ferry to Valletta. The room is spacious, has everything you need. Breakfast is mostly the same every morning, you can opt for savory, sweet or fruity, it is regularly replenished so that there is enough of everything and you can always ask for something. You can mostly see it in the pictures. The people in charge of hotel maintenance are friendly, I have no complaints about their work or their behavior towards us. The hotel is in a back street, so there is not much noise from outside. The kitchen is in the basement and we were located on the ground floor, so don't be surprised by the smell of pastries that are baked every morning already around 7 😊

Staying at Fort40 was an excellent experience. The place is right in Tigne Point, the center of Sliema. Very clean, everything new. And the host was always in contact. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Malta 🇲🇹

The hotel was really clean and very well maintained. The staff was all very nice and took care of everything we needed. The breakfast was also very good. The luggage storage facility is also great. The hotel is located very close to bus stops where the buses take you directly to Valetta and all other parts of the island. We consider it a very good deal to stay here for the price we paid. Will want to come back here any day.

In this small hotel the staff is very helpful and friendly, even I can't called them "staff", because they are like your friends :) . Breakfasts were quite good. You will have your breakfast at the very good terace. The see is quite close to the hotel and I would say that the beach is one of the best. The room was nice and clean, with newly equipped bathroom, Wi-Fi is very good, also Netflix on the TV, tea and coffee in your room. And, of course, maltese charger ))

We love this place! It's an extremely clean, spacious and beautiful place, looks like brand new, modern apartments. There is quite good coffee from the coffee machine - bliss! Each room has its own bathroom, air conditioning and kettle with tea; beds are very comfortable - what more could you want! :) In addition, when you open the front door of the main entry, you can see the sea! I love this Maltese coastline with old Roman baths and rocks! Moreover - the bus stop is 5 minutes from the apartments, buses go almost everywhere :) Last but not least - we found an extremely tasty and inexpensive Lebanese restaurant nearby :) Let me give you the last compliment: staff is friendly and helpful, replied everytime we had question - we appreciate it a lot!!! All in all - we want to highly recommend this place and we will definitely be back!
