Everything was great. It was my mistake to have a dinner at Pinar Plaza only the last day of my stay - the beef was incredible. Special thanks to Vanessa - the most energized and the most positive staff member (all staff are energized and positive, but she is the most), hope next time to see her in new role in the hotel and wish her all the best in her career.

The location was fantastic because we were just a bit off the plaza and it was quiet. The staff was amazing. Saray helped us track down our lost bag from the airlines, they booked reservations at restaurants for us, answered questions regarding using the metro, etc. We cannot say enough about the service and how friendly and welcoming everyone was throughout our stays.

The Polaroid camera which was free to use gave us a few beautiful gems to hang on to. The French Press and courtesy pouch of coffee was a lovely touch. These were really personal touches that I loved. We were 5 - 10 mins late leaving and met the cleaner exiting. She was so nice to meet and say goodbye to. Location was great. Bus stops and Metro close by. Lime scooters can be used and takes you to Gran Via in about 8 mins. Retiro is close and if your not lazy the center is easy to walk in to. I would 100% stay here again if I am coming to Madrid, and would consider Bob W wherever I go.

    The room is exactly what I saw in the photos. Very clean, very quiet (despite the location in a noisy and busy place), ideally located. No problems with the Internet or the staff. Excellent cafe, for about 10 euros you can have a great breakfast. The hotel is very conveniently located equidistant from all the main attractions. I will be glad to come back again and recommend it to everyone.

    We only saw one member of staff, as we checked in after 8PM. The room we had was large, very clean and comfortable for our requirements as we only stayed for one night. There was coffee making facilities, which we didn't use, We didn't require breakfast, as we left very early the next morning. Location was ideal for our needs, close to family and less than 2 minutes from the station, it is even ideal as a budget hotel further from the center.

    The hostel is in excellent location, it is a few minutes walk from Plaza Mayor. Or though the room was small (my own economy choice) it was very clean. I had my own bathroom, fridge, safe, air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi. Staff is nice and helpful. Also grocery shop Dia is just near by. Definitely recommend for budget oriented traveler who just needs to spend a few nights in the very center. They have rooms for different budgets also.
