Beautiful, relaxing, fabulous breakfasts, great place to stop and watch the sky and breath the fresh air. It also has a comfortable bed, clean and and nicely appointed bathroom with big bath towels (and heating rack). Includes a mini fridge with a milk for tea or coffee and water bottles, this next to the kettle. Loved so much we are booking it again.

Location of cottage was perfect as we were visiting family around the county as we live in the USA. Beds were so comfortable we had everything we needed and there were lots of lovely walks around would highly recommend this lovely place.

It was exceptionally well maintained and certainly has world class cuisine. I am a frequent traveler and travelled almost in all major destinations and stayed at well known hotels. I have never tasted such delicious breakfast served in Burleigh court hotel.

We were attending a wedding at a nearby venue and were struggling to find hotels that offered family rooms. We were lcky enough to find Charnwood Regency Guest House who were more than helpful. Our room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was lovely. Staff were friendly and accommodating and the decor was lovely. We'd be happy to stay here again!

    The property was absolutely ideal, the lovely lady I met at the bar was very accommodating and was really helpful, I stayed here to visit Loughborough university. I would highly recommend the peacock inn to stay as it’s quiet affordable and very comfortable, the shared shower was spotless and the room was really cozy and warm. I was nervous travelling here on my own to see Loughborough but knowing that you have a safe place to return at the end of the day was a relief to the mind, a lovely town and also a lovely place to visit and stay.

    Room was very clean and the staff were lovely! Will be happy to have a short stay in such a good location and cheap price again. I like walking around new towns and having a clean, spacious room to come back to, so this was fine for me.

    Thank you to Derek and Lez for such a very pleasurable stay at Holywell House. We received a very warm welcome on arrival and the whole place, including our room and ensuite was beautiful, very comfortable and spotless throughout. The breakfast was wonderful and very delicious. It is also in an ideal location, not far from the town centre, which was ideal for us. We will definitely stay again, next time that I have to stay over in Loughborough, this is the best place I have stayed in, and I have been going to Loughborough for many years.
