Definitely the best two days/nights during our road trip across Italy. By far the best hotel in every aspect. If I travel to Italy, I will choose this hotel again. Bikes and swimming pool included in price. Breakfast was excellent and cost us 9€/day/person.

The location was excellent, just a few minutes away from the train station, and the hotel is on the street that leads straight to where the carnival is held. The apartment was spacious and fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, and all the pieces of kitchen utensils and cutlery! Above all, our host was very kind and generous:) Definitely 10 out of 10.

The room was very nice, great Wi-Fi, great AC. Breakfast was very good, and the owner was accommodating and nice. I particularly liked the location - it's conveniently located close to the train station in Viareggio, which is perfect for exploring and travelling around the region. The beach and the promenade were close as well with many shops and supermarkets around.

It's exactly as in the pictures, very comfortable and good overall quality. It feels newly renovated. We liked that they provide excellent shampoo and soap The location is good, about 20min walk from the town's main attractions. Great place for a visit to this beautiful town!

    What We prefered was location of the house ! 10 minutes from Pisa, 15 minutes from Beach and Verragio, 20 minutes from Forte de Marmi. One hour from Firenze. House was Perfect ! Clean with all Equipment. Mario (the owner) is a five star person. You can park 2 cars in the house
