The location was central which it made for easy access to everything from the Remarkables Market, to the downtown area and anywhere else I wanted to get. The parking specifically for guests was also nice as I did not have to carry my stuff very far or find parking on the street. It was conveniently located. My room was nicer and the blackout curtains made it so I could sleep in and wake up at my leisure. The mini fridge was helpful for storing my groceries. I think the best part though was the amazing staff who greeted me when I arrived with such warmth and care. Even though I was running like a chicken with my head cut off, on their part, they made sure I had everything I needed for my stay and their desire to help however they could to get me settled was so nice. They were also such sweet girls that just by their presence, it made me feel welcome.

The host was very welcoming and responsive to texts and questions. They also gave us great tips regarding hikes and places to visit in the area. The view from this home and front deck is amazing! Beds very comfortable, brand new/spotless, kitchen perfectly equipped. Layout is great for a group or family traveling with teens/adult children as each bedroom has it's own full bath. Wide open first floor with stunning views. Queenstown is a great place to stay with a lively downtown and yummy restaurants. FLAME was our favorite. We took day trips to Wanaka and Arrowtown, enjoyed wine tours, played destination golf courses and chartered a tour bus to Milford Sound. All were easily accessible from this home. We will be back!

    Especially for a solo traveller it was a fantastic stay. It was a budget option but rather than staying in a hostel dorm room I had my own space which I very much appreciated. Especially after a busy day you just want to relax on your own. Sharing the bathroom on the floor was not a big deal at all, it was clean and close. Staff were all friendly and the location was great. Only a short walk from the city but also with a car park to use - again, another massive advantage compared to a hostel.

    We had the ensuite room which was spacious and spotless with a great view. Bed was very comfortable with crisp sheets. Common areas are shared, and breakfast is communal. Well hosted. Ideal location in terms of being out of busy Queenstown. Location is a suburban area with a fabulous expansive view.
