Everything: nice and kind staff, accommodation, cleanliness

Our stay at Docas Hotel Lisbon was absolutely wonderful. The hotel is beautiful, modern, spotless, and perfectly located by the waterfront. The rooms were comfortable, the atmosphere was peaceful, and every member of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. A very special thank you goes to Carine Silva from the restaurant. She went above and beyond to make every meal special, always serving us with kindness, professionalism, and a warm smile. She paid attention to our preferences and made us feel like valued guests. Her exceptional service truly made our stay unforgettable.

Everything was perfect and the staff is amazing

Excellent location, just a short walk from some of Lisbon's main attractions, like the Igreja de Belém and the Padrão dos Descobrimentos. Perfect spot for exploring the city's historic area.

Got everything you need even like oil, detergent

Very close to metro as we landed early in the day. Arrived to hotel at 9am and left out bags to go explore. Then we recieved a message from Marta at front desk to say our room was ready early. Very close to big square so lots of restaurants around. Very central for the old town and front desk explained where best nightlife, local restaurants and tourist spots were which was great to maximise our short stay

Amenities, breakfast, location, comfort

It is close to almost all the best restaurants, tourist attractions, very convenient to travel by metro/tram/bus

Location is great if you have a car because parking is easy and free on the street and the drive to the city is fairly short and very pretty across the bridge. Store with essentials and good fruits across the street. Everything you need is there, including plenty of coffee, nice towels, restaurant recommendations, transport to Lisbon very well detailed. Very spacious rooms

Excellent property with a great outdoor area

The breakfast was always amazing very organised.

Good location, just a few minutes from the center of Lisbon.

The property seemed well-run and secure.

Everything was perfect! Luiza is the best host ever!!! She was really pending of us and always ready to help us. The room is bigger than looks in the photos. The bed is very comfortable, and the location was good a different ways to arrive by public transport. Luiza is not only the best host is also the best soul that I met so far

Apartment was fantastic, we had 5 people and everyone was comfortable. Would book again

True to its name, House of Calma provided the most outstanding and relaxing stay we’ve had in a long time. The property is a beautiful sanctuary in Caparica. We spent our mornings on the sun terrace and our afternoons by the year-round pool—it felt like a private resort! The apartment was 10/10 modern, fully finished with every last detail, air-conditioned, and the private entrance made it feel like our own little home. The amenities and the luxury apart hotel finishes are perfect. Everything was spotless, from the private apartment to the outdoor terraces and pool area. The WiFi was fast (great for working from home and streaming in the evenings!), and the garden and pool is just beautiful. The hosts are incredibly kind, professional, attentive and go out of their way to make the accommodations excellent, you can tell they really care about the guest experience. We’ll definitely be recommending this to friends visiting Portugal! Key Details The Year-Round Pool s available regardless of the season is a big plus The Sun Terrace A major highlight for anyone looking for that Portuguese sun 10/10 apartment interior every detail met for luxury apart hotel stay standards The hosts are incredibly professional and attentive If you need to recharge your batteries while staying close to the magic of Lisbon, this is the place to do it. It is the best of both worlds and the perfect base—you get the peace and quiet of a coastal garden retreat, but you're only a short trip away from the hustle and bustle of Lisbon.

The initial room was poorly lit and cold. The staff did help me move to another room which was much better lit. They were responsive and deserve credit for that. The beds were good and the room was clean.
