The staff were all very friendly and helpful, The hotel is well situated, being close to shopping, transport, n room was very spacious n clean

Everything. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was lovely. So many options.

Very high standard room, fresh. Meals to choose from a menu - it is not a buffet. At first I was not happy with it until I got it - great.

Location is very near from downtown and central bus station

Great stay, very comfortable, helpful staff.

Service and room very clean Thank you mr HAMID ALI and PRADEEW and Rocelle and Yugal

Very good hotel. I'm very satisfied.

The brightest of the lobby and welcoming staff everywhere

I really enjoyed staying at Rosewood. After the floods I was so exhausted because flights were canceled and delayed. The front office let me check in much earlier, i really appreciate that. Rooms are very clean, in room dining very yummy especially Peking duck)))

Clean, quiet and perfectly located. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Thank you for the hospitality.

THE HOSPITALITY, COMPREHENSION, ETC

It was a great value for 4 star hotel. The hotel is close to airport (20-25minutes ride) and 7minutes to Sheikh Zayed Mosque. It had all the necessary facilities. We were happily surprised to see that rooms also had iron. My family and I enjoyed the breakfast. It had good choice and was very tasty. Staff were also nice and helpful. Would definitely come here again.

Excellent staff Excellent room

Venue is perfect. Accessible to the mall and other important places. Including stop to tour companies. Very clean and staff are very courteous.

Due to the high demand, the Executive apartments were fully booked and at time of check-in we were moved to the Hotel presidential suite. All our needs were met and exceeded. Every person of the team, from housekeeping to front office and the ladies at breakfast time, were absolutely fantastic.
