Close to bus route and very easy to move around. Also surrounded by mini-marts and convience stores. Breaskfast was nice. Stay was amazing.....very cozy and nice rooms. Amazing staff by the way..always ready to assist.

Excellent location… I got off the airport shuttle bus @ 3:45AM … walked less than 8 minutes to the hotel via the major street … felt super safe as female solo traveler… front desk staff Alda was very polite and helpful… she went above and beyond to arrange my luggage storage for more than a week… making the whole experience so enjoyable… room was quiet & super clean… has everything you need

The hotel is great,location is also good,the man who helped us for parking was so kind. i dont like the receptionist who said to us that room would be ready at 13:00pm and when we arrived she said at 15:00pm,also she was so rude not knowing how to talk to people. anything else was good!

This is a very friendly, family run small vila with great attention to the guest. They assist with taxis, buses, whatever you need they are there to help. The location is perfect with the major sites of local interest a short walk or taxi ride away. Excellent choice of restaurants nearby. Very quiet as well. Recommended for a short or longer stay.

The Hotel is located in the center, and it was easy to navigate to. We had pretty late arrival , and parked at the back of the hotel which was a big help. we booked 3 rooms , and got them on the same floor , all were cozy and clean. Need to emphasize the great hospitality and help we got from the hotel staff and mostly Irgen!! Irgen gave us great recommendation for close by restaurant ( We arrived late) - Shije Fshati - highly recommended. As we had to leave early morning - Irgen suggested to help with breakfast - and morning time we had in the lobby packages with full "take away " breakfast packages !!

The Sar’Otel boutique Hotel is centrally located and it’s easy to walk to many restaurants and shops. The staff is super helpful, the breakfast (especially the banana crepes) was delicious and our room was comfortable and large. We spent our first night ever in Albania there and would readily stay again !

Very easy to find, the owner met us late night when we arrived and guided us to the parking. The entire staff was super nice with great hospitality. The only con was the shower water flow, but overall it is a great place to stay, with great location, very suitable for families.
