Very beautiful place to spend a few days or even more than a week. Plenty things to do - hiking, spa relax, good restaurants, beautiful sceneries. In Bad Aussee there are several places to eat or buy groceries. Whithin a few minutes you reach a lake to swim or a beginning of a hiking path. Good position for visiting Hallstadt, Bad Ischl or Salzburg. Bad Aussee is great location. Surrounded by the mountains. We made lots of nice trips to the great tourist attractions ( lakes, sightseeing points) . We visited Wolfgangsee lake and atter see Lake which were absolutely amazing. Only the downside of it was the parking in the city.Guest review byJana - 10.0

Bad Aussee is a very good area for cross country skiing in the winter, and also for mountain biking in the summer. The Narzissentherme resort is also very nice. Bad Aussee is also near the Loser Ski area (15 minutes by car).Guest review byBruceAustria

You can tell this is not just a sparsely furnished Airbnb as it has everything you can imagine in the kitchen-and that makes it amazing in and of itself. The owner is simply lovely - super helpful, proactive and delightful to work with. You will not regret staying here! The place was great. It has an outdoor space and play area for children, we could borrow table tennis. The room had bunk beds but we didn't mind as all else was fine.
