The building, our room, the privacy while still having a friendly and welcoming staff. The whole place is very cozy. It’s also special that you get to interact with one of the owners who renovated the space. The sauna is bar none the best sauna I’ve ever relaxed in. It should be a place to visit before you die stop.

The owners were very nice and helpful. The hotel is really clean and cozy, it smells nice. We also had a balcony, where we could sit to enjoy the weather. The breakfast was nice. It would be nice to have a small fridge in the room.

Brilliant location, really near the gondola and the centre of town for restaurants, shops and bars. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful. Being able to buy a lift pass at reception was great. The boot room was handy for ensuring we didn’t have wet boots. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean with comfortable beds and daily housekeeping. Great having a mini bar and the prices for this were reasonable.

    The room was lovely - big, huge balcony, views, quiet end-of hallway location. The pool was incredible!! So magical doing laps while huge snowflakes fell on the glass roof. The naked sauna was an experience, but as they say, when in Rome ;) Breakfast was amazing, one of the best during our stay in Europe/UK. Free treats at reception were an added bonus :) The hotel is a little out of town but we loved the snowy trail, it's an easy walk and helped walk off our dinner!

    Location, location! Next door to the train station (quiet), main lift, hire shop, could ski home to door at end of day. We didn’t really see the town apart from few short strolls (v close) as lovely to just stay at hotel. So easy getting train to Innsbruck airport. Breakfast was good, asking for coffee better than machine. Dinner was excellent quality but we never made it through all the courses! Wellness area good for short relax post slopes.

    My husband and I stay for few days with our dog. I must say that this the best hotel that we have ever been. Interior, room, stuff, location… Everting. They even give us in our room for our dog a bed, snack and water container. Hotel is soo worm and luxury, spa pool lobby and rooms are amazing. You have peace in resort and all around restort and you are in center for 2 minutes. Will be back again for sure!
