-Location, cleanliness, amenities were top notch, comfortable bed and blankets. -Very convenient from Brenner Pass to Italy and also to Innsbruck. Has excellent functioning laundry facilities. Wifi worked great. -Host was amazing

We were very happy with all aspects of our stay. The staff, especially the lady at reception, went above and beyond to make sure that all of our needs were met and to provide us with helpful information. The rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated and the bed is extremely comfortable. There were a variety of options available at the breafast buffet, all of which were delicious. The hotel is in the perfect location for outdoor activities and we thoroughly enjoyed the wellness area upon our return.
