The welcoming attitude and genuine service.

Good price to quality relation for Tyrol. Relatively easy to reach from Munich or Vienna by train and bus/taxi. All rooms seem to have balcony. Ours, although in the cheapest category, was renovated. Half-board was sufficient in terms of quantity and quality. Great little outdoor pool, though could be warmer, also a little sauna and a steam chamber. Nice walking possibility to a “Jausenstation” (small Alpine resto) an hour so on from the hotel. Ski resort is small but very close to the hotel, enough for lazy skiers for a few days I guess. Quite easy to rent ski equipment.

Very nice location in alpine village. Very good breakfast.

Very nice and clean hotel, friendly staff, excellent location. Comfortable room, delicious food, very good riding possibilities. Outside pool, which was also very clean.

Very friendly and homely. Excellent generous breakfast.

The room was very spacious and had a sitting area. The Alpine ambiance was wonderful and the hotel was definitely a 4* accommodation. The front desk staff were friendly and very helpful with local attractions. We had great lighting in our room, which gave it a warm and vibrant feeling They had life music the night we were there. Breakfast was good, except the eggs were a little runny, which I run into occasionally. It may be a traditional, cultural thing.

The breakfast and supper were very good. The mid afternoon snacks/desserts were very good. The pool area was exceptional. The corner junior suite was very nice.

Excellent base for me to do some driving on the Grossglockner pass. Superb room (upgraded for free!) wonderful attentive staff and excellent food an drinks.
