Great location right off the highway yet super quiet at night. Our room faced away from the road and didn’t hear anything. Bed was comfy and everything worked just fine. Several restaurants within a very short walking distance. Nice locked garage to keep our bicycles in.

Room was very nice, huge shower, very spacious bath room. Breakfast was excellent, big selection, and eggs they way you want them. Fresh delicious bread, daily fresh fruits (much more generous than you'd expect! many berries, etc.). The pension is very decorative, great atmosphere. Good location - very close to Swarovski visitor center, in a quiet street, but with gas and restaurants very near. Daily refreshment of towels and soaps. Staff was amazingly kind, and a special thanks to Theresa, your help is very appreciated and pushed this score from 9 to 10. Free parking and abundant.

This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed in the Gothic Room which is large and very quiet, although it faces a larger main street. Although it wasn't an issue for us and should not deter you, note that the bathroom is an added feature to the room, so it has a little bit less privacy than a traditional hotel bathroom. The breakfast was very good, the staff very friendly, the room was extremely clean, beautiful and well-appointed. I also want to add that Ursula is the one to ask for anything you need. She is amazing!

The Mayr family has done a wonderful job with Schloss Mitterhart. The old castle is very nicely decorated, comfortable, and comes with amazing hospitality. It is clean inside it’s service everyday. The breakfast is amazing and so is the restaurant itself. The staff is personal and friendly. Great location to numerous ski resorts as long as you have a car.

The most fabulous experience from walk in till tearful departure I was provided perfect help with directions and nice info with choice of ski slopes Want to come back ! Food was always nice and fresh , drinks and music Exceptional hotel of personal touch , hard work of all the personal and friendly atmosphere ! Gem that only locals attend keeping it a secret But the amount of Happy visitors is growing Fast !

    The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable I think...

    The hotel was clean and the rooms were comfortable I think there was AC or perhaps it was just that the ambient was comfortable. The hotel is well suited for travelers , near highway. The only negative was that there is not adequate parking near the hotel, their adverts suggested otherwise. We arrived at eight PM on a Saturday night and their restaurant was completely booked so we had to eat at a near by Italian restaurant -Pronto. Very good meal and excellent service. The breakfast was very good, especially the wide selection of breads.

    The location is remote but you should go there for the view and nature. The hotel is quiet, the staff is friendly. The hotel is an old building, interesting rooms are very modern, clean and useful.nice breakfast.

    We had a wonderful stay at Wattens! The property was clean, quiet and close to supermarkets and shops. It was only a 10-minute walk to the train station, which made commuting easy. Highly recommended!
