I loved my stay at the hotel. I appreciated the two types of bottled water provided in the room, as well as the drink vouchers and game tokens. I was also allowed an early check-in and a late check-out. The staff were all very friendly and professional. I can't recommend this hotel enough, and if I ever come back to Cairns, I'll definitely stay here again.

We found everything we needed in this apartment. We met the owner and found him and his wife to be very nice and helpful. We raised concerns with Booking.com about how Booking.com failed us on another booking in Cairns but that was not for this property. We very much enjoyed our stay in this property.

The location was abolutely fabulous! Only a short walk from shops, restaurants, and the Cairns Fleet terminal for trips to the reef and islands. We walked to the terminal most mornings for days out on the reef and out to dinner every night. The apartment was perfect for our family holiday, with everything we needed for the week. All the beds were super comfy, everything was really clean, and all the amenities were working. Cooling in all the rooms was really helpful in the cairns heat and humidity. Used the apartment's pool several times with us being the only ones down there. Extremely easy to contact someone from Belle Escapes regarding any issues and they responded quickly as well. Minimal noise pollution from the city below. Would highly recommend this property for its location and access for holiday activities!

    Children loved the pool! Room met our needs for an affordable night in a good location - easy walk to the esplanade for meals and close to the aquarium. There were only a few on-site car parks, but on street parking was plentiful and free.

    We liked this accommodation and the staff at check-in were very helpful and informative. We got a bag of Roses chocolates on check-in which we thought was a nice touch. Our room was at the end of a block and quiet through the night. We could park the car near to our room but in the event everything is parked up there was p;enty free street parking outside the accommodation. The beds and shower were good and there was plenty space in the room including storage.

    There was secure parking behind an electrically controlled pass coded sliding gate which was needed as street parking in the area seemed to be at a premium during the day. The one staff member I encountered was efficient and pleasant. The whole facility was neat and tidy. The Kitchen area in the room was new and well-appointed and modern. The flat screen TV was very good, it had YouTube which we enjoyed watching along with the regular TV programming.
