The room was sufficient, though on the small side, it is really only for relaxing after a long working day. The Monash campus is conveniently just a short, few minutes walk, and there is a shopping centre just around the corner if you need to grab a bite or pick up some presents.

Breakfast is adequate. Cereals, toast and condiments, English style hot breakfast items. The coffee is awful...byo. The hotel is a short walk to Forest Hill shopping centre.
Close to hospital for appointments. Comfortable and clean with every thing you could need. Very good value for money. The local RSL had beautiful meals at good prices. The traffic is quite heavy and hard to negotiate if you don't know the area. There were plenty of places to eat and shops nearby but would need to drive.

I chose the hotel for proximity to a hospital where a family member was very unwell. The staff where extremely helpful in an emotionally stressful time for me. The room was lovely and the sanctuary I needed.

Staff very helpful & cheerful. Bed great. Lovely big shower & bathroom/Sink. Fridge awesome, cooking utensils very good. I found it was quiet, good sleeping. I was able to amble up the road for some takeaway beers. All great, no problems at all. Def stay again (Bomber)

We have stayed there serveral times because it's close to the metro pain
clinic that I go to when I have treatment and have to stay overnight
they have done a nice job of modernzing the rooms but the one we had
number 16 was very small we had just enough room to walk around the bed and it wasn't like we had a lot of lougage one small suite case and a couple of small eski's with some cold drinks in them
it wasn't easy to eat there it didn't look like there resterant was open
and I needed to have a light breakfast each morning at about 5.45 am
and there wasn't any service for that time of the morning.
next time ask for a larger room and take my own toaster and food to eat I have coeliac disease and need to be very careful with my diet

The rooms were clean. Beds were extremely comfortable.
The rooms were clean. Beds were extremely comfortable. Bathroom very modern and clean. Excellent shower. Great meals at bistro and amazing kids play area. Friendly staff. Exceeded my expectations. 5min drive to Sandown which we attended for the caravan and camping show. Great location.
I cannot comment as my experience was so awful that anything that may have been nice or good about the hotel is unmemorable for how traumatic the actual experience of checking in and finding a needle in the bin in the bathroom that I had not ever touched or seen before it was very scary and Place are involved and stuff from the get-go were extremely rude and very dismissive and ask me extremely personal private questions almost interrogating me
We chose Nightcap@Monash Hotel for it's convenience & location, close to Monash Hospital, we've stayed before & were really impressed by the redecorated rooms, comfy beds, quiet stay & affordable price, the great service & convenience of the bistro (the staff were friendly & the senor meal was delicious & reasonably priced ) so all up a great experience
The staff were very friendly. Parking was easy to find. The hotel is good to turn off the main road - easy to find from the freeway. The amenities old but for the most part functional. The room I was upgraded to without extra payment was a lot of room just for me and it was great. The aircon unit was wonderful.
Location was fine, road works to where I was going were an issue, but certainly not the hotel's fault. Couldn't get the remote for the TV to work, but the man on reception was a big help firstly with new batteries and then a replacement remote.
Everything about the hotel was amazing
Starting from the welcome to the exit and how they took care of our needs including switching us to an upgrade.
And not to forget mentioning that the shops were just on the same building.
