well equipped, clean motel-type accommodation (park outside door) with wifi included. An excellent IGA grocery store next door that was open early to late every day and a liquor store on the premises.

Loved the history of the building prior to becoming a hotel. Room was very spacious and the view over Launceston was amazing.

Older style hotel, that had opening windows upstairs, which I loved.

On arrival the friendly reception Danny was a delight, Tim the owner was all hands on deck , whether in the kitchen , doing laundry , on reception or renovating . He’s a busy man , very helpful , leads by example to his staff , all of whom were great. Full credit to Tim . The breakfast was excellent, a wonderful choice of fresh fruit, ample choices in cereals and toast varieties and the boiled eggs were a treat . Breakfast was my highlight of the day . The room was modern , very clean, great views and a wonderful comfortable bed .

Excellent service and staff was happy to help bring the luggage up the stairs and from the room to the car. Food was also exceptional!

Exceptionally clean, quiet, and comfortable property. I didn’t hear a sound the entire time we were at the hotel. All staff members are super friendly. Location is beautiful right next to the river. Convenient to have multiple restaurants right next door, too. I would highly recommend this hotel.
