Great place to stay. This is our second time there and wont be our last. Modern and clean motel and only 10 metres to the Maclean bowls club which is a large modern club with a fabulous chinese restaurant. Look forward to our next visit there.

The tiny house is located on a farm property with cattle and horses. It is conveniently located and only a short distance from the township of Mclean. The tiny house is exactly that. It is very confortably furnished and well equipped but note that the queen bed is located in a loft with not much head room. My wife and I are both almost eighty. I took the loft bed and found it very comfortable. My wife slept on the ground floor sofa bed. Everything else worked well. Laurie

Cute, quirky main street with lovely old buildings. Gorgeous river, fantastic op shops. Great steak at Argyll Hotel Fun local market coincided with my visit. Checkout the panoramic views from the lookout.

A small country town which was clean and buildings well...
A small country town which was clean and buildings well maintained. However they had a great pub - the Argyle hotel. This hotel had very good food and the setting in the old hotel was excellent. The staff were very friendly and I recommend to all to visit it.

We stopped for a night to rest on our way to Taree from...
We stopped for a night to rest on our way to Taree from Moreton Bay. The hotel is right next to the Bowling club. We had dinner at the clubs chinese restaurant and it was the best chinese food we have had in ages. Also a few lovely cold beers in the lounge bar. The hotel was lovely and clean spaceous and cool !!! It was a very hot day. We parked out the front of our room. Bed was so comfy and massive. Showers hot and plenty of room. Everything you needed was in the room. Easy check in and out as well and a wonderful breakfast place down the road at the famous coffee factory. We stayed on our way and on our return trip too.

Cute little pit stop with beautiful views of the river, lovely places to eat and browse the various boutiques with beautiful clothing and giftware. The only downside was the cost of the clothing and giftware. Otherworldly 😬.

A quaint historic town off the highway right next to the Clarence River. Good restaurants. The drive along the river to Grafton and over the river is picturesque and peaceful. "On the Bite" is superb for breakfast. It is away from the heavy tourist crowd, but close to the coast to visit if you like the beach. We always break a long drive there.

Great town heaps of scenery and eateries only ten minutes from the beach , the Club , Pub and Bakery amongst others for good food at a great price.. suggest the rivers at sunset to watch the dolphins, and check out the shopping and many friendly op shops

The owners were awesome. They returned my messages when needed. We had a lovely welcome gift of wine and chocolates. We are left fresh eggs from her feathered girls. The tiny home was immaculately clean. It was located in a quiet location by a river. We ventured out into Maclean which has an amazing pub with great food. Great touristy location with historical buildings. We were able to relax and enjoy our stay. Highly recommended it !

It was such a beautiful, well kept cottage that has more room than you think. Also a location where you literally do not need to use your car unless travelling out of Maclean
