Ray on the frontdesk was amazing and helpful. Went out of his way to provide us with ice and again when we ran out . . . Nothing was ever too hard, wonderful! Cleaning staff were so accommodating and ready to help, awesome 👌 Facilities were stunning n clean. Was a bit of a hassle getting to another floor to visit family but we accept this is for ours and other's safety and security, just in the moment when time was critical, anxiety levels escalated 😳

The key was exactly where indicated, and the check-in was super fast. The granny flat was lovely; the bed was very comfortable, the shower was lovely and hot, and there was plenty of water pressure. The air conditioner was excellent, and the toilet/bidet was a very nice surprise.

The property is private and very well maintained, its great for a couple who need a few days away with all the comforts of home. We were very happy with the complete unit in every way. There has been a lot of detail placed on all aspects of the setup and finishes. We would recommend this place to stay and would certainly come back to enjoy again.

Bev was an amazing host, providing an extensive array of food for breakfast, all fresh and catering to different tastes and needs, such as different milks. The accommodation was absolutely spotless and really felt like a home away from home. Bev has thought of everything down to a spare toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom.
