This truly was a peaceful holiday home with lovely shady garden and convenient for Margate Beach, though we drove by car. I have arthritus in shoulder and hip so missed my very soft pillow which had been too large to bring. No guilt on owner, just a nuisance.

We were up in Brisbane to celebrate my sister-in-law's 80th...

We were up in Brisbane to celebrate my sister-in-law's 80th birthday so we didn't see much of Redcliff. However, Margate Beach was beautiful and the water was a lovely temperature for swimming. We did hire a car and that was really useful for getting around and visiting our family.

Redcliffe is a lovely place for all age it has a calm and friendly feel. People are so nice and happy. There is always help it you are looking for it. Clean and there are plenty of public tiolets. Very nice place would live there if a moved to Australia.

Redcliffe is great for a couple of nights but has limited options for decent food/drink at night. The walk along the beach will never get old though. Generally recommended for a short relaxed stay with minimal aggravation.

Redcliffe has a lot to offer with their regular Market and...

Redcliffe has a lot to offer with their regular Market and seafood cafes and lots of restaurants to choose from. We also liked Margate, Scarborough and Newport areas. Very easy to drive around and walking is mostly level. Some very pleasant little parks with bbq facilities with sea views.

Redcliffe looks an exciting suburb.

Redcliffe looks an exciting suburb. We only stayed one night and needed longer. So much happening on the foreshore and was a very pretty area. Easy trip from airport and access to cities north of Brisbane.

Friendly reception. Apt 706 is a good sized one bedroom apartment with a comfy bed with ensuite, nice little balcony on the south side overlooking Redcliffe and sea view. Short walks to pier cafes/ restaurants, Sunday markets and right next door to the RSL. Easy access to bike /walking paths. Secure parking. Lifts worked all the time. Loved the fact the whole complex including balconies is smoke/vape free. Brilliant.....well done Proximity 😀

This is my favourite place to stay. The rooms are very spacious...balcony is a great size....bed was so comfortable....shops, hotels, restaurants are all within easy walking distance. Rooms are equipped with everything you need and staff are very happy and friendly. There is a luggage trolley to help with taking luggage up and down to the room which is helpful and is an oversight in most other hotels and apartments. I love staying here.

Loved the views to Moreton Island and Redcliffe town. The two bedroom with ocean views that I booked was extremely spacious for 4 adults. Very handy to also have Woolworths just across the road to purchase groceries. Margate Beach within walking distance. Settlement Cove lagoon straight across the road from hotel. And Redcliffe town on the waterfront within a short walking distance to lots of cafes and restaurants.
