The location and access to the hotel facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful. We came without our daughter and have flagged it as a good place to stay with her if we come back to Melbourne. It has a great playground in the hotel.

Clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff

The room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The beds were super comfortable. The location is great - with a supermarket across the road and food places handy.

I've stayed here a number of times and will definitely be back. It's a great location, lovely facilities and friendly staff. Thank you.

We paid extra for the renovated room on level 2, and it was massive. Huge and spacious.

Staff were exceptional, friendly and accommodating. The room was modern, comfortable and very well equipped with anything you could be looking for. Tram stop is directly outside the hotel, which takes you to Southern Cross in ten minutes. Docklands area has plenty of dining options, and a great place to sit and watch the work go by.

Great location: easy to catch trams to CBD. Kitchen was pretty well equipped (though no cooking oil or salt). Staff was really friendly and solid gym.
