Spacious, amenities such as bathroom were up to date and spotlessly clean. Good wi-fi.. Short walk to central Wangaratta shops. Hosts provided handy advice on where to eat.

We stayed overnight on our way to South Gippsland.
We stayed overnight on our way to South Gippsland. We needed to stop and rest, we also had our small dog which was very appreciative being allowed to stay. Have never stayed in Wangaratta before, it was very nice, close to shops and a beautiful park. Will stay again.

To me, Wangaratta is a hidden gem.
I love it!
To me, Wangaratta is a hidden gem.
I love it! I first chose it due to its relative proximity to ski fields, but once i visited the first time, i was in love.
It is a good size regional centre, has an urban flair, but is immersed in its beautiful parks and bike paths to die for! Great as a hub to explore further out (wine and food, ski fields etc) but also lovely to.
chill out by the rivers or some of its many creeks.
I recommend a self guided walk around its historic buildings (pick up the map from Info centre), swim under the main bridge in summer, of course ride a bike, it's mostly flat and easy
This motel has been fully renovated and my room had everything I needed. There were drinking and wine glasses, cutlery and crockery as well as a microwave!! The bathroom was renovated and very user friendly. I slept well in a comfortable bed. It is walking distance to the main shops of central Wangaratta and despite being located on the main road, the room was quiet with no road noise heard. It was great value for money as a base for a Wang stay!
We'd booked a spa room. Room had a good sized spa for 2 people with reasonable jets - sadly the button to turn on the spa was over by the bathroom door and we didn't notice it's location till sitting in the spa. The room also had good air and quiet air conditioning, and Netflix as an option on the TV which we appreciated. The bed had fresh clean linen and towels. Other than that it was a basic hotel room.
The room was much as expected. It was all the little extras that made our time so comfortable: good quality tea and coffee sachets (rather than the cheap version), an abundance of shampoos and soaps, power blocks on each side of the bed, etc. None of these would have cost much, but the difference they made was immense. Shows a professional and generous approach.
We ended up with car trouble and made it to the hotel with no car very late. The staff were accommodating and understanding when we had to check out the helped us as much as possible while we tried to figure out how to get home.
The beds were comfy. The room small but enough room for us all and clean.

The motel serviced our needs, we had travelled to Wangaratta for a swimming competition. Location was great as the motel is very close to town (easy walking distance to shops and restaurants) and to the pool (short drive). Room was clean and warm. Plenty of car parking space.
The one bedroom apartment is very old & shabby. The taps don’t work well & tne air con is unreliable. The windows are very dirty. The place is very old & honestly wasn’t worth the $174 we paid for one night. I was so glad to leave this hotel. Needs serious renovation.
Was a great 2 night stay we had , motes extra clean couldn’t fault anything , and the staff were beyond helpful we will definitely be staying there next time we are back in Wangaratta
We were after a hotel where we didn't have use shared spaces - hallways or lifts or carry things upstairs. We like the older style of drive up motels and this one fit the bill well.
The staff were excellent and very helpful with all aspects of our stay in Wangaratta. The room was very clean and spacious. All facilities in the room and the Hotel are first rate.
We regularly stay at the Quality Hotel in Wangaratta and it has always met with our expectations. Room was spotless and bed was comfortable. Staff are very friendly.
The Parkview Motor Inn had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We were pleased to have a separate living room and kitchen rather than just a hotel room.
