Lovely location. Everything you could possibly need was provided and the cottage was very clean and comfortable. The owners were on site and were very helpful. They were particularly concerned we might be have been disturbed by a couple of larger groups in 2 of the other cottages,but there was no problem at all. I highly recommend a stay at Avoca Cottages!

Beautiful historic town and lovely accommodations. Right in the middle of town and on the main street so very handy to shops and easy to find, but still cosy and quiet. Very clean, neat and tidy and one of the best shower recess set ups I've seen in accommodation like this. Not huge but great for the space and quality fittings. Great value for money and very comfortable. The owners have put a bit of love and time into this place.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Super room, very large and a very comfy bed. The location is terrific. Avoca is a lovely place to stay. I would definitely choose to stay there again. The owner even let us do our laundry there. They also have plenty of kitchen equipment if you choose to eat in.
