Don't stay anywhere else! Jason was super helpful to us, as was Alicia with some challenges we had. Room was clean and the bistro has good food. Right in downtown Boulder in Historic Burt St. and the bus to Kalgoorlie leaves right outside the door. All great.

The Palace is like an elegant old lady showing signs of age - which is exactly what we wanted. We liked everything about the hotel and enjoyed our meals in the restaurant. The staff were all friendly and really helpful and our rooms were quiet and very clean. Our guests from the UK were delighted with their stay.

This was an okay place to stay. Would have liked something better but not many options. On arrival our room wasn't ready which was very annoying - some mix-up. We were offered a free drink in the bar while the room was sorted out. The room was okay, not very big but comfortable and had a toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge. Only a short drive into Boulder and not much further into Kalgoorlie.

The location was very central to the Boulder precinct which made eating, drinking and shopping very easy. The host were very thoughtful with leaving some wonderful welcoming treats and the size and value of the accommodation was excellent. Great accommodaton on a budget - excellent value for money..

Everything was clean and comfortable, including the king bed. We had a microwave oven in our room even though I don't believe it was listed on our reservation. We were in a quiet location in the complex (away from the parking area). This is something we asked for under "special requests" and it was honored. We noticed that they had a guest laundry (though we didn't have time to use it).
