Fantastic property, service, location and all employees. They have a constant and a full attention on their guests and their needs - always with a big smile and a solution. Management is always on premises and checking on guests needs - I am truly impressed with the hotel and all the staff. They should be an example to the industry. Very nice hotel, friendly staff everything clean. The only little bit strange thing is that they give you used card for your keys! It was used many times, and compared to how good hotel is, it seemd little bit off.

The girl working inside the bar and as a receptionist was very friendly and pleasant. She did everything she could to cover up the mess, even to kill the ants with a desinsectant spray. Beside her, everything else was absolute disaster.

The staff were absolutely amazing! They were exceptionally kind and helpful. They were very attentive and just generally awesome. The hotel’s location was great, it overviews the green mountains. It is next to a pharmacy, 3 markets and a gas station. It’s 10 minutes walking from the bus station, and 5 minutes away from the airport by car. The rooms are clean and the room had huge windows and good ventilation. The breakfast was served daily and it was something new everyday. Totally recommend it!

New apartment. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Convenient location where eateries and grocery stores are within walking distance only. Only a few minutes' drive to/from SJJ and Sarajevo. Ease of dropping off the keys.

My sincere recommendation for everyone who comes to Sarajevo by car. You have parking place next to the entrance, it's easy to reach the city center. You got everything you need in the apartment, including vine, candies and some food. It's nice, clean and in a quiet area. I have stayed for 3 days and I enjoyed... So would you
