The hotel was amazing, the room was spacious and very clean, sooo comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast. And most of all, the staff were wonderful, welcoming, warm, very helpful-greetings to all. We would gladly return. We definitely recommend Hotel Lobby!!!

After traveling a hotel is rented for comfort and rest , instead I was told I was at the wrong hotel and would need to drive to there second location 15/20 away. Drove there and was told I would need to drive back to the first location because I was wrong and the security persons didn't't know any better but someone from the gas station would know what to do. The waiting time between was exhausting, neither of the two locations knew what was happening. I prepaid and messaged my arrival would be late to try and secure my arrival would be smooth and accommodating. It is not an isolated issue, another family had the exact same run around as I did. Both of us got sent back as forth without any compensation. It was an exhausting night. We both should have been giving full refunds and apologizes after all by the end of it all we spent two hours waiting driving back and forth and still the family who booked a two bed family room at first was giving a small single bed room. Had they wanted to provide a good service they could have started with accountability. Would have saved them the word of mouth and negative review. Shame

The hotel is new and spotlessly clean, located outside Bihac at the beginning of a picturesque stretch of the Una National Park route. Free parking is available right outside the hotel, and on the other side, there is a spacious terrace. The staff members are wonderful, although they are quite short-handed and stretched in the restaurant and bar. The bar offers only bottled beer, but there is a good selection at reasonable prices. Our room on the first floor also overlooked the river and was a decent size, featuring a great bathroom and a comfortable bed. The only complaint we had was the noise from heavy restaurant chairs sliding over the porcelain tiles, which kept waking us up as soon as the restaurant opened for breakfast. The rest of the hotel was very peaceful. We found breakfast to be plentiful, although we were disappointed with the instant coffee. Please note that espresso and cappuccino are available at the bar as an extra.
