Everything was perfect, the room was way bigger and way more luxurious than we expected. The pictures cant show how great this hotel is, and the price is really good! It was also very clean. I loved the whole room experience, the bathroom was fully stacked, the bed was super comfortable.

Big room, comfortable bed, good location

Centrally located, nice, good variety breakfast, very helpful front desk staff. I contacted by phone, a couple of times, the front desk before to take the decision to reserve the room on Booking.com. I always had a good, reasonable and well promising answer. On my arrival, with my wife, we have been meet and served by the protocol. Special thanks to the front desk officer Nicola Yordanov and also to his colleagues who make everything necessary to make our stay of 5 days in this hotel, pleasant and comfortable - arranging a room with a better view and less street noise, preparing a box with breakfast and calling the taxi for the airport at 3 am, in the morning, etc.

Wonderful place with great staff, amazing pool and perfect garden bar for evening chill. Room is much beyond expectations. Don't get turned off for its distance to the city center, its only 5-6 EUR taxi ride away.

Lovely hotel, very stylish and very well furnished. It appears rather new. It looks more like a 4 star (and the rooms even like 5 star). We arrived very late at night and the receptionist was polite and efficient.

Choosing to stay at this hotel in Sofia was undoubtedly the best decision we made for our trip. Situated right in the heart of the city, it offered the perfect blend of convenience and comfort. The daily breakfast and cleaning services added an extra layer of convenience to our stay, allowing us to focus solely on enjoying our time in Sofia. Miro, the receptionist, was an invaluable asset during our stay, providing us with all the necessary information and tips to make the most of our week in the city. His friendly demeanor and helpful attitude truly enhanced our experience. Without hesitation, I would highly recommend this hotel to others, and should I ever find myself in Sofia again, I would undoubtedly choose to stay here once more.

The staff were very friendly and nice. The location was perfect. It was quiet and very clean in the room. Just have in mind that the hotel itself was a bit difficult to find as the entrance is not very big.

The location was wonderful...it was a 8 min walk to the metro going to Sophia Airport, there was a Kaufland Supermarket 5 min walk to buy groceries or supplies. In the Centre of the City but quiet enough at night.
