Beautiful historic building right on the lake front. Excellent friendly helpful staff especially Claire. Cozy lounge. Delicious restaurent where Thomas Mann, Vladamir Lenin and Carl Jung atr. Museum quality art and furnishings. Walking distance to Jung Institute and easy access to train station. Wonderful view. It is not just famous hotel, it is an experience.

Excellent location in the heart of Kusnatch at a (long) stone's throw from the train station, coffee shops, grocery stores, and given my needs about 10 minutes to the CG Jung Institute. Shared showers and toilets -- clean. I stayed a week and linens and towels were exchanged (less and less a feature at most hotels). Easy registration and entry via phone and codes. Well lighted. Well heated and ventilated.

I love EVERYTHING about this hotel! The food was good (though we didn’t try all the restaurants). The location was great! The staff were friendly. The rooms were AMAZING. The hotel is classically elegant, the rooms have actually keys (not key cards). We loved it!
