I liked everything, the whole process was amazing. I received clear instructions about the check-in process before getting to the hotel, I also received instructions for the interlaken pass for free transportation. I am pleased with everything, the location was very easy to reach from Interlaken Ost station. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is true that the building makes noises when you walk, but everything is clearly explained by the hotel before you even book with them, so, if you don’t like noise it’s better that you don’t book because this is out of the hotel hands. My friend and I; however, didn’t mind about it. The hotel was very clean and as I mentioned, they explain everything in the hotel description. I am very satisfied with my stay, it definitely worth the money. The views in the morning are amazing when you see the sun shining on top of the mountain. Lovely! Thank you very much for such amazing experience Hotel Bären!

This was great for a big group traveling together. The bus stop was directly next to the apartment and it would run every half hour during the day so it was quite easy to get into Interlaken. The living room area was perfect to hang out in. Host was very responsive and helped organize a ride to the apartment since the bus was not available after midnight and we arrived late from the train.

The location was right by a train and bus station. This made it very easy to get into Interlaken and the rest of the Jungfrau region. The apartment had everything to make our stay comfortable, a fully equipped kitchen, AC, washer/dryer, free regional public transport, and comfortable bed. Deniz is a super host. She was always there to answer any questions.

1. The receptionist lady was very friendly and provided very helpful guidance on how to use the public transport, all different passes that we have and where we should visit. 2. The location is perfect and near to the interlaken west train station or bus stop to go to many tourist destination. We could also just walk to interlaken ost to find many stores and restaurants

    A great place to sleep if you wanted to visit Interlaken and all the other attractions in the Jungfrau Region :-) The transportation is pretty easy - you have a bus i12 minute-ride, a train 4-7 minutes, and a ferry to Interlaken. The place is not busy, therefore you can relax there more. There are some amazing hotels by the lake, such as Brienzesee Hotel - amazing!!! It is a great starting point to all other villages and cities.

    Very easy trip from Zurich Airport to the Swiss Chalet. When you buy ticket for the train from Zurich Airport you need to approach staff to help you buy your ticket. Give them the address of the accomodation your are going to. It was good to arrive to Zurich Airport in the morning and leave Zurich in the evening so you have plenty of time.

    The heavy fog during our visit limited our ability to explore the lake as much as we had hoped. While Ringgenberg served as our base, most of our activities took place outside the area. Although we didn’t dine locally, I did spot a burger and beer restaurant nearby that seemed to stay open late. Getting around Ringgenberg is convenient, with easy access by foot, bus, and a local train station for added connectivity.

    There is an elevator in the building which is very useful.

    There is an elevator in the building which is very useful. At night, the town is very quiet so can sleep comfy. The room and the bathroom were clean. Hot water in shower and sink which is needed when is cold outside. The sheets were confortable. The transportation, which is offered for free by the hotel, was very organized and takes you to Interlaken in 6 minutes. Transportation is usually every 30 minutes but it makes it even easier if you check the schedules in the SBB Mobile app, the buses and trains always arrive and depart at the times shown on the app, that makes the whole experience stress-free. The bus station is very close to the hotel and the hotel is located in the main street so it’s easy to get there in a couple of minutes even with your luggage.

    Ringgenberg seemed like a silent town away from nestled interlaken with serene river side and views to the mount. I would love to visit again for exploring castle, lake around. This time it was just a place to crash with too high plan outside the town always.

    The place is awesome, is near by a very beautiful blue lake. You can also take boats to explore the region or the train/bus to go to the Interlaken city and from there to go to the Jungfraujoch region. In Jungfraujoch region you have many traveling options. To the Jungfraujoch plateau 3471 m, Grindelwald and Grindelwald-First (adventure park), Lauterbrunnen (which means many falls and is the place where Tolkien was inspired for the Lord of the rings story and more.

    One of the best properties to stay in Ringgenberg, just 5 min drive from Interlaken, free parking, oven, kettle, crockery, utensils everything was available and Super Market 1 Min walk away. Manager was nice and helpful. I would recommend to stay. we got the best deal. Free Pass for Interlaken was also provided by the Manager.

    This Studio is cheaper compared to another hotel, i like the location, we just take Bus 102 from Interlaken Ost and stop next to the Hotel. View very Breathtaking! I love it every single things in Interlaken Ost. The staff also friendly. I will book again for next stay cation.
