United StatesGorgeous place with sooooo much amazing nature to see! The hosts were perfect and gave us excellent info. We fell in love with their dogs!! The breakfast was perfect. It's cold up there but they had a heater and super warm blankets. We were there at super cold time and were fine. Don't stress just bring good clothes for high mountain area! We spent a rest day in Putre and loved it. Great restaurant Casadona in town square by bank... bought the most amazing warm lama coat from amazing artisan on corner down from restaurant. Soooo warm and super cool!!!! Make sure u fill up on gas before you come to Putre.

Sceneries were amazing in this mountain town. Owner was great, helpful and welcoming. He certainly helped if needed help. Also he spoke English. Many people didn't speak English in Putre.
