For the price you get more than what you pay!I was here in low season and I enjoyed it it was quiet and the room is large ,everything is near,also jack and his cousin helped me anytime ,gave me a ride to the entrance and anywhere I needed for free ,my plan was to stay 2 night but I ended staying 5

I had a great stay at the resort. Here are some highlights: • Beautiful and peaceful place with amazing views around the resort. • Very friendly and helpful staff, especially Mr. Will. • Free airport shuttle (one-time). • They also helped me find local events and activities easily. The house is big and comfortable, located in a very quiet area outside of the city. And very close to the national park. A few weeks before arriving I was contacted by a very nice lady called Wendy that helped me orgenized everything I needed from recommendations of what to do and where to go each day to helping with buying the tickets to some places. All in English. I think the place is great for couples and families.

Having stayed at luxury hotels worldwide, this hidden gem stands out. The infinity pool mirrors the Avatar floating mountains - pure magic! Where else can you sip espresso at 7am and be inside Wulingyuan by 7:05 (thanks to golf cart efficiency)? Staff anticipated needs: refilled my water during breakfast before I asked, and rearranged my itinerary for optimal photo lighting. That FREE shuttle saved $100+ in taxi fares. ​Pro Tip:​​ Order the ginger honey tea after hiking!

The staff is helpful, giving advice on visits and offer you a free ride to the entrance of the park. The rooms are spacious with beautiful mountain view. The bedding is very comfortable. Good breakfast and very good restaurant for dinner. You feel like this place belong to you only.

This place is amazing, the accommodation inside the National Park. In the morning you can really avoid the crowds because you don’t have wast time to get the park . Spacious room, clean and beautiful room. the owner is a huge help and can give u exactly the routes to explore the park. Everything is perfect.

    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful—he greeted us with fresh fruit and made us feel very welcome from the start. He also helped us arrange taxis and took the time to explain what to see in the city. Thanks to his recommendations, we truly enjoyed exploring the area. Highly recommended!

    Close proximity to the tourist areas, and nearby restaurants/shops. Jack (hotel owner) is very kind and accommodating. Jack gave some recommendations on where to go, and also helped us to do laundry for our clothes. Very friendly, can speak english well, and easy to approach.

    I will call it the largest and most beautiful resort in Zhangjiajie, no matter where you go to play, the hotel is arranged to pick up vehicles for free, the whole trip is perfect. Trust me if you choose the neighborhood and you see this B&B you're gonna want to stay here.

    This hotel is very good and cost-effective. It is run by Jack. Jack is very good and speaks good English. He tells us how to visit the national park, and he will drive us to breakfast early in the morning. I highly recommend this.
